“Carpet ripped and torn at the threshold. It was a handicapped room and I fear it was destroyed by wheelchairs constantly going over it. Otherwise, room was very nice, quiet and comfortable.”

“The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service”

“I didn’t see a free breakfast. I did see free coffee. For the neighborhood it’s in, it was excellent.The price probably keeps the rif-raf out. The pool was nice and clean,so were the rooms. We enjoyed it very much.”

“We liked the location. A lot of places within walking distance. When we arrived were checked in, given key cards but no cookies and no explanation why the gentleman before me got a cookie. I came down later and asked for a cookie and the lady said they had to get more is why I didn’t get any. Key card has a piece of paper that said breakfast was served 6-10 am. Woke up next day, Sunday, and walked past the clerk to the breakfast room and no breakfast. Was told it’s 7am on Sundays. So, we left...

“We were very happy staying here. From the welcoming we received, to the time we left two days later, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again if we ever make it back that way. The bed was really comfortable, the internet fast, the coffee great, the fridge/freezer worked fantastic and the extra little touches made it a happy stay.
