CENTRICO Y TRANQUILO

PERSONAL AGRADABLE Y CON BUENA DISPOSICION. PEDIMOS CAMBIO DE HABITACION Y LO HICIERON SIN PROBLEMAS. DESAYUNO BUENO. CENTRICO Y A LA VEZ RELATIVAMENTE TRANQUILO AL ESTAR EN UNA CALLE LATERAL DEL CASCO ANTIGUO. ESTADO DEL HOTEL ANTIGUO PERO ACEPTABLE.

Great staff here. Breakfast is best i have had in a hotel outside of Ireland. The staff is very friendly and good at job. Rooms cleaned daily. Knowledgable staff. No complaint whatsoever.

테라스방 묵으세요. 5000원 차이에 격이 다릅니다. 조용하고 넓고 다 괜찮았어요.

무조건 테라스방 묵으세요. 5000원 차이에 넓고 테라스가 있어서.테라스에서 한잔, 한가치도 굿입니다. 성당 측면 뒤쪽이라 조용하고 운치있습니다. 물론 여행적으로도 움직이기 편하고, 엘베있고, 조식 미리만들지 않고 1층서 2가지중 선택하면 바로 만들어 주는데, 양도 맛도 좋습니다. 12시 ㅣ5분에 도착했는데 30분에 바로 체크인시켜주고, 음로도 주더라고요. 사람들 친절합니다.

가성비 좋은 호텔

3성급에 걸맞는 서비스와 시설 그 이상 그 이하도 아니었습니다. 어짜피 아침에 나갔다 잠만 자러 들어왔기 때문에 만족 했습니다. 조식으로 쌀국수 주문하면 옆집 가게에서 갖다 주는데 맛있어서 4일동안 계속 쌀국수 먹었습니다.

電話トラブル

大聖堂近くのディープな場所に立地しています。部屋には特に問題はなかったのですが一つトラブルがありました。「18時に大事な国際電話がかかってくるので部屋につないで下さい」と事前にフロントにお願いしておいたにも関わらず、いざかかってくると部屋へのつなぎ方がわからないとのことで、何回も切断された挙句、フロントで電話する羽目になりましたが、ホテルの営業の妨害になりかねないことや、前の道の騒音がうるさいことなどから、結局仕事になりませんでした。

Quite OK, was served juices while waiting for check-in. Location is good, walking distance to tourist spots, many restaurants around so not too worried about food. Moreover it's not a bad choice, considering about the prices of rooms, service is 7/10, only thing lacked of smiling face from the front desk, maybe they forgot to smile at me...or perhaps I not important in our group... Hmm

We stayed 1 night at the end of our trip in Hanoi. Room is basic but clean.Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location near the cathedral.

Iris Boutique is conveniently located in the Old Quarter. I barely noticed the sound of the bells from the nearby church. I was able to walk pretty much anywhere I wanted to go in the area, without needing a taxi. There are many shops, restaurants, and cultural events within a short walk. I was able to enjoy both the water puppet theater and the bamboo circus, both of which are within a 10 min walk of the hotel. The room was stylish, clean, and fresh-smelling, and the staff were helpful. They can arrange travel and tour options, give recommendations for activities and food, and can arrange for your sweaty, gross clothes to be laundered. The central location meant I was able to stop back at the hotel multiple times throughout the day to cool off or change clothes. August in this humidity is no joke! Breakfast was tasty, with your choice of eggs, pancakes, or French toast, along with a breakfast bar full of fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices, teas, and coffee. My stay in Hanoi was too short. I definitely want to go again, and I would absolutely stay at Iris Boutique again. Highly recommended!

立地条件が凄く良かった。教会のすぐ近くで目印になり、また近くに食べる所、ショップ、マーケットもあり便利でまよう事は全くなかったので、立地最高でした。ただシャワーのみでしたが、排水溝が全く流れず、下に水がどんどん溜まっていき、泡も流れず、またトイレのところも水浸しになったので、それのみが大変でしたが、スタッフの対応も凄く良く、一生懸命、説明してくれたり、愛想も良く気持ち良く泊まる事が出来ました！！

Fijn hotel op een perfecte locatie in Hanoi's Old Quarter. De straat is rustig, maar op kleine afstand van veel eetgelegenheden en bezienswaardigheden. De kamer was schoon, prima bed en douche. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zelfs nadat we waren uitgecheckt konden we enkele dagen later nog een beroep op hun doen. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden.

繁華街から少し入った静かな場所にあります。アルバイトの学生が交代でフロントにいましたが、皆フレンドリーで英語が上手で、相互に情報が共有されていました。シャワーしかない部屋でしたが、広く、開放的でした。

The Iris Boutique Hotel is in a great location, about 1 block from the St Joseph's Cathedral, and just minutes from the lake in this area. I arranged a car through the hotel to pick me up at the airport for $18USD. You may be able to get a better rate through Grab as the ride back to the airport was about $11USD. Check in was very fast. Tu was very efficient. She provided me a map and spent some time showing me different places to visit. She also assisted me getting a Grab car to get back to the airport. The bed and linens were of good quality. WiFi was strong and the AC worked when needed. The only comfort issue was the noise of the elevator. I saw a review regarding the bells from the cathedral however I only noticed them at 6am, 12pm and 6pm. So I was not bothered by them. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.

Located near St Josephs church handy to the old quarter. Staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and professional. Room was clean and water in shower was hot with good pressure. The room looked exactly as shown in photographs. Breakfast is included and offered cooked to order. Should wed return to Hanoi, we would book this hotel again.
