Luxury comfortable stay
Feels like luxury for sure. Really big sized rooms, comfy bed - had an amazing sleep. Breakfast was good - nothing amazing but definitely fine enough. Didn’t use the facilities (gym and pool) but looked lovely. Really nice and clean room, lovely bathroom and a tub!

We stayed here on two occasions during our trip to Hanoi. For both stays we were given a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment which exceeded expectations, but on closer inspection, although clean and comfortable, the decor was a bit tired and in need of updating. I can imagine the hotel as being very grand several years ago, but service was mixed. Whilst daytime reception staff were polite and helpful, the evening staff were much less so. Not very much English spoken. Breakfast was disappointing, whilst there appeared to be a wide selection of Asian choices, many were cold ( guests left the lids off the warming dishes) and not as appetising as the food we tasted elsewhere in Hanoi. Room service and the hotel restaurant, however, provided good quality meals.

절대로 가지마세요. 일단 노이바이 공항에서 멀어요. 택시비가 많이 나오고 차량정체가 심해 시간도 많이 걸립니다. 시내 중심가와도 매우 멀고 주변에 편의 시설이 없어요. 또한 체크인시 직원이 매우매우매우 불친절 합니다. 체크아웃시에도 마찬가지 입니다. 복도와 방이 매우 낡았고 냄새도 납니다. Hotels.com에서 이런호텔을 추천하는게 문제라고 생각합니다. 절대로 가지 마세요. 당부합니다.

disappointing.
Hotel room is spacious but very old and needs upgrading. Even metal rack to put towel, one side gave way when I pick up towel, luckily I was not seated on toilet bowl otherwise I cannot imagine what disaster will happen to me. Breakfast also disaster food is oily and tasteless.

Very good but not for cuisine
The hotel is a large hotel which has all the features of a four star hotel. At the time of the visit one of the restaurants was closed for renovation, the second closed and the third closed earlier than advertised meaning I had to order room service. Breakfast was also underwhelming, adequate rather than interesting, not what you would expect from a four star hotel. This detracted from an otherwise good visit. The room was very pleasant, spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would book again but I would check the restaurant availability.

Awesome Hotel
I booked a suite and surprisingly charges were not that high. Room was BIGGGGGGGGGGG and must say the view from the room was awesome.

The worst 4 star hotel I've stayed in Hanoi
I don't believe this is 4 star hotel! Not only the bath room, but wall paper in the bed room was modly. Hot water was running out in 5 mins and bath room was always flooded after using a shower. The worst thing was I smelled toilet in the room for all day at any point of the room. Also, reception wasn't functioning except one lady. One of the reception guy tried to charge me accommodation again although I payed via internet in advance. He didn't understand English well, I was really tired to explain to him. Because there were many tour groups stayed in this hotel and only one lady who speaks good English understands the entire reception process, they did not have enough capability to handle such a lot of tour groups and time consuming for other guests. It took more than 30 mins to check out, which I originally expected to do in 5 mins. I found their poor capability for groups in breakfast restaurant as well. Anyway, it was nightmare hotel for me. Unconfirtable room with toilet smell, attempted double room charge, bad reception manner... what is the reason to stay here again?
