This hotel is gorgeous and the staff are incredible! The bed was super comfortable and the Spa was very beautiful. We even received a gorgeous farewell gift from the Hotel Manager. Would recommend!

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hat uns bei jeglichen Anliegen weiterhelfen können. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, da ist für jeden was bei. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel auswählen.

Excellent customer service! The rooms were very nice. A top notch hotel! The breakfasts were absolutely amazing! Especially Alice who worked in the restaurant. She was simply fabulous and always wanted to please us.

Never expect such a decent hotel. Staff is excellent professional like 5 star hotel, very warm welcome, polite, and direct me all the way to rooms. Let me feel like I am coming home, will definitely coming back and recommend to friends and relative. Breakfast and all facilities clean and tidy with such a budget price. Having a budget price but with a 5 star hotel service.

The customer service was superb. I must give special mention to Hannah at reception. In a team of great staff she stood out as exceptional. Breakfast was good and staff did everything they could think of to make our stay fabulous. The welcome was especially lovely

帰りの飛行機が深夜便だったのでチェックイン後にシャワーを貸していただいたり、腹痛が酷かったので近所の薬局を案内していただいたりと本当にお世話になりました。スタッフの方々も皆親切でとても快適に過ごすことができました。またハノイに来たときは利用したいと思います。本当にありがとうございました！

Amazing staff that went above and beyond. They helped me arrange a walking food tour. They organized a taxi to take our luggage to another hotel when we had to check out. And they didn’t charge us. Great value. Great place.

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Very nice and modern look, great reception and a bar, fabulous restaurant with options to cater any taste. The room was spacious enough , had a great bed and pillows, antique look of the shower fittings. What makes this hotel excellent though is the staff that goes above and beyond to make your vacation the best. Very polite yet friendly, from calling tour operators when you booked activities to arrange last minute any activities you’re looking for, each staff you encounter will take a minute to greet you and ask you how you are. Absolutely amazing. Also I got on arrival a map ,and they pointed the museums close by ( 10-15 min to Vietnam war museum, Old Citadel, Museum of fine arts, Temple of Literature, Vietnam Women Museum, Old Quarter, Opera House) . Also they encircled the sister hotels and said if we’re in area and need assistance not to hesitate asking and the sister hotels.

Good location. Clean hotel. But disapointed in terms of price/quality. We did not sleep the first noight because only one door was separating our room to another. We had to ask to change room. They did not upgrade us to apologize. Then at the end, the manager did not accept any gesture. Bad experience.

A charming. and well managed hotel in old HaNoi.

Very comfortable and much appreciated assistance checking in after a long flight with a cool drink and information about the hotel, street directions and how to get from the hotel by the zig zag. network of busy streets in the old French quarter with heritage architecture of decades past. An excellent breakfast and good dinner menu plus a rooftop pool and gym. Comfortable bed nicely decorated room with balcony helped our jet lag recovery. Personnel keen to assist if required also added to the success of our stay.

Hotel muy recomendable. El personal es excelente, nos ayudaron de forma proactiva en todo lo que necesitamos: reserva de grab, Late check out y upgrade de habitación para poder fumar en el balcón. El buffet se desayuno súper completo. Volveré a ir seguro en mi próximo viaje a Hanoi
