Motel correcto comparado con habitación de hotel
La habitación era de dos camas grandes. Estuvimos 4 personas y no era agobiante. Por el precio la habitación era buena y el desayuno, incluido, no estaba mal. Olía el pasillo un poco a tabaco y la habitación, al principio, a ambientador. Recomendable (limpieza, estado de la habitación, aire acondicionado, comodidad de camas) si no tenéis grandes pretensiones

The breakfast was very sparse that's the only thing I thought needed attention was the breakfast the facility was very clean the staff was very helpful I would stay there again

Last resort stay
Its was not great. Day shift staff was rude, night shift was good staff. Complimentary breakfast had nothing. Sink leaked, tub wouldnt plug to bath infant. Room was filthy.

Person behind desk would not accept our credit card since it was not a Pennsylvania CC. I think it was because she said she couldn't understand them which yes they are of Latin decent however I speak mainly English and never had an issue trying to communicate with. Make your own assumptions but it is clear that my workers were not welcome. Super religious hard working and kind people and this property did not want anything to do with them.

I didn't like that I accidentally left a grey bath towel in our room bathroom. I called the next day or so to inquire if they found it. Guess they threw it away! Very disappointed!

We do apologize for the noise during the day. The property has to do maintenance during the day and housekeeping is running vacuums and such cleaning. We do apologize for the issue with napping.

Very outdated
This place was way outdated and totally not worth the price. If there was any other motels I would have stayed there. When I arrived I was flabbergasted about the condition of this place on top of there no cancellation or refund policy. You think paying almost $150 a night you would at least be able to watch Netflix on the TV and not have to get your own linens. Other than that the staff was nice, but that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.

people in other rooms were noisy. do not get a 1st floor room. concrete is cracked on second floor floors and will keep you up all night. i had to switch rooms after 15 minutes.

We are sorry for this temporary issue. The supply chain for some of our supplies is still an issue at times. The bar soap was on order but we were waiting for it to come.

I went to my room there was excrement on the toilet seat. I told front desk they said they would give me another room. They didn’t have one so I requested a refund, they agreed, and I left.

We can't apologize enough for you being checked into a dirty room. Our staff tries very hard to make sure no rooms are missed when cleaning. We do apologize for this. Housekeeping staff was made aware that this happened and it should never happen.Thank you.

The manager was friendly, but the breakfast bar is seriously lacking. It consists of a waffle maker, dry cereal, and packaged Hostess breakfast treats. Coffee was not checked and two mornings in a row I had to point out there was no coffee. Very limited seating (2 tables with 4 chairs) for eating breakfast. No room service is standard for the times, but they are very under- manned. I realize this is not their fault. I slept well, there was no noise problems, and for someone looking for a quick stopover for one or two nights, it would be adequate.

The staff was good. No room clean up or fresh towels for guest staying overnight. Bathtub was stained. Side chair was covered in stains. Took spread off bed to cover chair so we could sit in it.

Walls are paper thin can hear every noise! Can even hear someone using the bathroom on 2nd floor when on 1st floor. They permit animals and the smell of wet dog was very prominent in hallway during rain.

We do apologize for any problems you had. The motel DOES NOT allow pets. We only allow ADA certified service animals. But every once in a while someone will sneak a pet in. We are sorry about that.Thank you for staying.
