“The property was so beautiful and well maintained. There were 4 of us and the room we had was huge! The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. They even helped us book a private taxi back to the train station. Only a couple mins from Evergreen ski school and the happo one lift. Also, the little sandwiches and cereal they had in the morning was a perfect snack to start the day before our activities....
“The location of the hotel is strategic. It’s just next to hakuba bus station. The hotel also provided shuttle service to major attractions which reduce the hassle in arranging transportation”

The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”
