We had a wonderful stay at Arina Vedic Haveli! The room matched the photos on the website perfectly, which is always a relief. Everything was super clean, accessible, and the staff couldn't have been more courteous or helpful throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant—the food was great. A small heads-up: the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times (though still usable), and the TV relies entirely on streaming apps rather than standard cable/channels, which worked out fine for us. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot and I’d definitely recommend staying here!

My stay at the property was truly very nice. The staff was exceptionally well-trained and also very friendly, making the experience enjoyable 😊. The food was absolutely fantastic 😋. I stayed with my mother and sister, and they also greatly enjoyed the property and expressed a strong desire to return soon 👍❤️.

The property was one of the best in the area, with rooms that were very well maintained and in excellent condition. What truly made the stay special, was the friendly and welcoming staff, who created a great overall experience.

Room service was pathetic and left much to be desired and they had to be called multiple times for such small things as getting more bottles of water and basically a decent 3 star hotel

Fine place for the cost. Still needs more attention to details as cleanliness (a bit better) , choices of breakfast to cater to foreign tourists and more local information. It looked new and with basic hotel experience. The personnel did their best and were quite friendly and service oriented.

They only recently opened but seem to be aiming at a mid-tier customer base. Staff are friendly and helpful; room was clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast good. Limited amenities (note: this is not a 5-star hotel)

It’s a new property that is very fresh and clean to stay with. It’s got all good amenities including AC, hot water, good content on TV, clean and comfortable linen. It’s only 15 mins walk from Har ki Pauri. The staff is very friendly and we’re accommodating with dietary needs of kids. They could do a bit better on breakfast experience but the staff tried to help when any additional request was made.

Clean rooms. Great staff. Not too close to everything but that could be a plus since it’s close to the train station. Too many dogs barking at night but that’s not a blemish on the hotel. Overall I would recommend.

Helpful folks- they saw I was with my Father (79) and was struggling to find a place to wait until 2 PM (their check in time)….and helped with an early check in at 11 AM! Staff was very helpful overall, food was ok but the portions were generous. If you are not from India, you’ll not like the food- its all Indian stuff and heavy on oil. Parking was a major bummer. They claimed they had a tie up with a garage, my driver could never find the place and the hotel staff couldn’t share location via maps. We ended up paying for the car parking for two days. Also, the hotel is in a small lane on a small street. Getting there is a nightmare, and once you park, you’d not want to touch the car until your departure. All things considered, it was an ok stay- could have been better had they fixed the parking woes.

The breakfast was an apology No fruit juices and very limited range of fruits. The breakfast has fried and greasy stuff like puri or bhaturas. South Indian food like idlis are hard and too small. Even the electric toaster is not automatic. Very disappointed with the breakfast offered. We had breakfast for three days and every day was disappointing. It's also overpriced

The Food: This was clearly the star of the show. Finding a hotel where both lunch and the dinner buffet are "lip-smacking" is a rare win. Kudos to the chef for curing that long-drive fatigue! The Aesthetics: Choosing a new property paid off. Having a clean, well-maintained room right next to the ghat is the gold standard for a Haridwar stay. The Service: Despite the initial delays, it's great to hear the staff stepped up. A team that "raises the bar" can often turn a frustrating check-in around. The Hurdles Accessibility: The classic Haridwar struggle! Most properties near the Har Ki Pauri or the main ghats are inaccessible by car. For future trips, a quick call to check on "last-mile connectivity" can help manage expectations. The Wait: A long wait for a room after a tiring drive is never ideal. It’s a good thing the food was there to save the day! Tech Blackout: While "no power" is a common explanation, it’s a bit unusual for a modern hotel not to have a backup generator for basic Wi-Fi and TV. Then again, being next tthe Ganges without a screen might have been a hidden blessing for the soul. A Quick Tip for Next Time If you return to Haridwar, check if the hotel offers a pick-up service from the parking lot. Many premium properties near the ghats have their own dedicated e-rickshaws to ferry guests and luggage through the restricted zones. It sounds like you handled the delays with grace—and returning the "favour" with a late check-out is a fair trade-off!

This is a little gem of a boutique hotel very close to the Ganges. The neighborhood is a little rough, but transportation can take you nearly to the front door and once through it, you’re transported into a world of elegance and comfort. The chef in the restaurant is first class and the food absolutely superb. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with plenty of amenities. The views were sensational across the valley. And the Staff were helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.
