“We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

“Our host did a very good job of staying in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very quick to supply us with a few items (beach equipment, extra silverware, and a toaster). The house was very clean and located close to downtown Fort Myers (ten minutes to the North) and Fort Myers Beach (about 30 minutes). The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and safe. We got out and walked around the neighborhood a number of times. We would definitely consider staying here...
