This was the perfect property for a meaningful family gathering. Plenty of sleeping space, great front porch, and prime location. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was MORE than adequate! We couldn’t think of one thing that was needed- Josh thought of it all. We will be back!

I have stayed in a quit a few Places this one was up at the very top of my rating. This home and its amenities were impeccable. The process of planing this home was very well thought out. Coming from the hospitality industry Working at 4-5 star hotels I can honestly say this home stands with the best of them.

The place was great. The only issue that I wish was spelled out more was that the upstairs was a bit wonky. The bathroom is attached to one bedroom. You have to go through another bedroom to get to that and go through the loft area, which all our sleeping areas so privacy was a little while less than ideal. However, like I said great location and overall a very nice place to stay.

Communication and location is great. However, not well stocked. For example, no extra hand towels beside the one hanging in BR and only 2 washcloths. Dishwasher did not run and no dishwasher tabs for cleaning - tab tub was empty. It was ok place. Would not stay again there.

This home was spotless and we loved being able to walking to an excellent restaurant and pub. We didn’t stop at the bakery but it was tempting! Easy trip to the Creation Museum and little longer to the Ark Encounter. Ironically the address of the house matches the Bible verse regarding the flood.
