We absolutely loved this home! The views were stunning and having the dock to sit on and swim from whenever you want was a blast. Definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice, confortable house with lakefront access, including use of kayaks and blow-up floats. Easy check-in and check-out and good communication with rental agency overseeing the property. Beautiful spot. We would definitely return.

Absolute beautiful view from this home

This is a very nice home with a spectacular view. So relaxing to wake up to a view like no other. I would stay here again for sure! It seemed to have everything we needed!

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish- beautiful home with everything a person could possibly need, fun water toys, sun screen, kitchen spices, you name it, no need went unmet. WE all adults were in and on the lake everyday. We had had a beautiful experience in every way all the way from the Washington DC area. highly recommend and I hope to rent again from these hosts. they were 5 stars in every way.

Favorite Spot to Make Memories

This was our second time staying at this lovely home and will not be our last! Communication could not have been better and the home has every last amenity you could think of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful view on a gorgeous lake. It was so peaceful and relaxing to listen to the water from the master bedroom, sit on the deck for coffee, paddle board and kayak from the house, and nap and read on the dock. Do plan on a high clearance 4wd vehicle to acces the house comfortably (located down a jeep-type trail).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location, the dock and beach are perfect for family fun. The views are incredible, Lake Couer D'Alene is a gem. The house is fine, well equipped and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the mini split AC worked great in the July heat. The bunk house is a separate room, steps away from the main door of the house. The only issue was there are no blinds on the primary bedroom windows. Although that makes for great views, the late sunset and very early sunrise make it very bright. VRC was very responsive to any issues. I'd highly recommend this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn't have asked for a better experience or location for our getaway! We came with friends and their kids and everyone of all ages had the best time! The kids enjoyed the bunkhouse and got to experience having their own space "away" from the grown ups while we got some peace and quiet in the main house and down on the dock. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to jet in for dinner (by boat or car) when we didn't feel like cooking. The cabin was very clean and unexpectedly well furnished/stocked for a family to stay. Communication was super easy and we even made friends with the maintenance guy who stopped by. Can't wait to come back again next year!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Huge price increase. Yet AC didn’t work. Most of stove didn’t work. Three garbage bags, one paper towel for a week stay. No shampoo. Mice in house. House was not clean. Arrived to wet laundry in dryer, opened sodas in fridge, dirt hairy sinks.

Not happy that check in was at 4 but couldn’t get in until after 5pm!

When you pay the amount of money to stay here, it would have been nice to have a stressless check in. Apparently the previous renters took the keys and the code to even open the door was not correct. Once we got the correct code it opened however someone left the bolt lock on and we couldn’t get in! They finally sent a lock smith because no one was available to bring us the keys! Not happy! So check in for us ended up after 5pm and then they want check out to be at 10 am! Doesn’t seem very fair when you are paying for 6 nights!

Family Lake Week

This was a our third summer renting a house on CDA near our friend's family cabin and the 1st time in this home. It was lovely! The location, for us, could not have been better! The dock was wonderful as well, easy setup for our 23' surf boat. The property was fully loaded with EVERYTHING you may need and the additional "lake" items were a bonus (kayaks, floaties, fishing poles, etc). Communication was excellent. We had an issue with our code upon arrival but the contact we were given was very responsive, helpful, and got us into the house in no time. There are some interesting layout features to the home. There is no shower in the master bedroom and the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling so privacy between bedrooms is slightly limited but it was all part of the charm of the home. There is also an extensive DVD library which the kids thought was incredible and also helpful for the downtime needed in the evenings after all day in the sun on the water. Overall, wonderful experience and can't wait to book again for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year in a row staying at this property. It is one of the most beautiful locations on Lake Coeur d’Alene, especially for July 4th fireworks. For the past three years this property was managed directly by the owners who lived 5 minutes away. The service and amenities were above the top. The previous owners sold the property and it is now being managed by VRC. Overall, VRC did a great job meeting our needs and concerns. However, the amenities are fading away. This is a lake house with a dock. There used to be 100+ water toys in the shed by the dock. Now, there is three life vests and two thin mats to lay on. There were jet-ski docks for the jet-skis the previous owner had available. All of that is gone. There used to be normal shampoo bottles in the bathrooms, now they provide 2oz hotel style shampoos and when you run out of that, buy your own, even though we booked for 11 days. I miss the service the previous owners provided and the price which was about 25% less than it is now.
