“Greeted by very friendly receptionist. Room was clean and kitchenette had everything including small dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable. Located on a busy street but did not hear any traffic noise. Restaurant not open on weekend but not far to eateries. Very happy.”

“Efficient and seamless check-in. Room was situated next to neighbouring day care center which was noisy and loud. We had to keep our sliding door shut to reduce noise and couldn't enjoy outdoor seating due to loud noise from machinery in the nearby rooms. Carpark is conveniently situated next to rooms. Everything was clean and spotless.”

“The room was very nice with the view of the golf courae . The staff was very courteous and welcoming . Great location. The bathrooms could have ne cleaner, there was mold in the bathroom. But overall, great place, good service and excellent location. ”

“Room was filled with light at night. Yes I turned off the lights, but that did I not stop light from coming around the door and around the curtains and blinds. Hence sleep was poor. And no I am not a light sleeper. I am a dark sleeper and a light awaker.”

“I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy...

“The room smelt terrible and was not clean, particularly the bathroom. The service was poor, milk and coffee not replaced from one day to the next. Noise from guests leaving at 4.30am woke me as the door didn’t even lock properly and I had to put a chair against the door… terrible experience and I paid for three nights. ”

“My room was lovely nice and clean only problem they did not do contenial breakfast. When it stated on the add they did. So was not easy to fine somewhere for breakfast ”

The property manager didn’t respond to a single message leading up to the stay, so we had no information on the checkin or parking or other questions we had asked. We finally received an automated text message from the property half an hour before checkin time, but still no responses to any questions from the property manager. The apartment was also very dirty in parts, with lots of cobwebs inside showing that it was poorly cleaned. ”
