“Very helpful staff to pre-book parking (a real bonus in Harrogate!) and have the space reserved. Check in process was very quick and slick. Room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price!”

“No A/C Lifts slow and breaking down”

“The room was immaculate and the staff very attentive. The breakfast was amazing, with so much choice, and the bar was a lovely, relaxing area with very helpful bar staff. Our afternoon tea for two was delicious and very refined. We also loved the Agatha Christie connection to the hotel and it was lovely to see other guests dressed up in Agatha Christie era outfits. “Todo muy cómodo”

“The staff was really nice and always willing to help. The hotel was antique and some stances could be refurbished although it also has the beauty of that age. ”

The one disappointment was that at 02.05 the fire alarm started to go off and this was not rectified until 03.00. Reading other comments, this seems to be quite a common occurrence at the hotel. A real shame as we had to leave the hotel at 0600 to go to the airport, so our stay was badly disrupted. I would be willing to give the hotel another...

“Enfrente del Centro de Convenciones”

“Overall atmosphere was one of the best experienced. A 3 night stop. A busy , successful country pub, restaurant, party venue does create a few problems of wear. Which will need addressing fairly soon. Certainly recommend.”
