  • The cottage includes a well-equipped kitchen, living room/dining area, bath and two bedrooms that sleep 4 friendly people (it’s cozy).

    This is a housekeeping cottage. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels.

    King’s Cottage is located in the heart of Wisconsin’s Northwoods, the perfect place for outdoor adventures any time of the year. Hikers and bikers can enjoy routes like the Bearskin Trail (which abuts the east end of the property) and kayakers and canoers can explore nearby lakes and waterways. Guests can explore Oneida County’s vast lakes and winter enthusiasts will find easy access to great trails for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.

    The King’s Cottage is a rustic wood paneled cabin that offers the perfect retreat amid the quiet of the beautiful North Woods. The King’s Cottage is built on 80 wooded acres crossed by nature trails and enclosing two spring-fed lakes.

Wow.. what a gem! I don’t think the pictures or description do this place justice to be frank. We were absolutely blown away by how quiet and peaceful the property was! The private trails were marked very well and were easy to navigate for some lovely hikes. The cabin itself was amazing! Very clean and all you could possibly need. Well stocked as well. The warm sauna on a cold day was icing on the cake too. We’ll definitely try to book again when we can!

Check-in was a breeze! Kitchen was fully stocked except we really enjoyed that fantastic meals (pizza, burgers, fish) at Ten Point Bar just 2 minutes away!

This is my 3rd time at this cabin, but the last time was 5 years ago, so I had forgotten how amazing this property is! The cabin is older and rustic, but comfy, clean and well supplied. You don't go there for the cabin anyway, it is the endless trails, beautiful woods and hills, 2 lakes, and not another soul in sight. My young dogs and I had a blast doing 3 hikes a day, outdoor bonfires, grilling, woodstove, I even tried the sauna for the 1st time when my friend came to join me for a couple days, very nice, I can't wait to go back!

Ideal Scenic Northwoods Setting

I'm very satisfied with the accommodations of King's Cottage. During my recent stay, I visited multiple nearby parks for cross-country-skiing. The wood stove sauna was a great luxury during my stay after my long cross country ski sessions.

Kings Cottage

The Secluded cottage was well maintained. The property had abundant wildlife to keep us entertained. I would recommend King's Cottage to any one looking for a quiet place to stay. Also, the tourist destinations are only a short drive away.

Peaceful retreat

Impeccably clean and well stocked cabin. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay despite a 24 hour rain. Great access to trails on and off the property. Would stay again!

Ideal Northwoods Vacation Spot

I've been visiting the King's Cottage destination for the past five years, and I've consistently had wonderful experiences with each stay. I recent years, I've begun exploring the many nearby cross country skiing trails during my long weekend stays here. The property is always so well maintained, and it's always a rejuvenating experience to make my annual trip here.

Kings Cottage

Again we had a wonderful time at the cottage. This was our second year. The stay was peaceful and quiet just what the doctor ordered. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful fairytale like environment that replenishes the soul.
