Wasn’t able to check in the people at the desk were rude as hell they made me wait a extra 30 mins after check in so I couldn’t get a refund so I lost 87$ for nothing

Estuve 9 noches y solamente limpiaron el cuarto 2 veces. Nunca habia nadie en el front desk. Mi habitacion nobtenia telefono el televisor solo tenia 2 canales y el aire prendia un minuto y tardaba 20 minutos en volver a prender. Lo notifique y por lo menos pude ver mas canales en el TV.El caballero de recepcion es un arrogante y de servicio al cliente con caludas no sabe nada. El corre todas las bases provocando poca caludad en los servicios. No lo recomiendo ni vuelvo a quedarme en ese lugar. El pago es muy elevado para el servicio que se espera que brinden.

Está muy bien ubicado pero la supervisora del turno nocturno es muy grosera. No recuerdo su nombre pero es la única bilingue. Habla mal de los huésoedes

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfy. The room, however, looked 'worn' and could have used some 'refreshing'. Ice machine was broken, and other signs of needed repair/refreshing noted. Staff was pleasant. Also of note: I specifically selected the hotel because it offered breakfast, and I paid for this feature. Although very apologetic, staff explained that due to weather, no food deliveries had been received over a five day period. No breakfast would be available. I am understanding of that, and recognize the absence of delivery my not have been their fault, but as a business owner myself, I would have either made alternate provisions or would have offered a small credit to the customer for the inconvenience. At a minimum, I certainly would have appreciated the offer. (Note that I drove 3 1/2 hours to get to this hotel - not clear how/why weather would impact their delivery.) Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The girl checking us in took a long time, we were the only people checking in at the time. She told us room 316 and after we lugged our bags up stairs and found the key did not fit, she came up to tell us she meant room 216. The person in the room next to us had tv playing so loud we were not able to watch our tv. Put ear plugs in and went to bed but still could hear tv from room next door. Told girl at desk but noise did not decrease.

The toilet was rocky and you couldn’t wash your hands there was no water and the tv was dark and you couldn’t lower the volume on the tv and we couldn’t put our clothes in the drawers because they couldn’t open and the bed spreads was stained with spots, I never been in a hotel and experience something like this I am still waiting for my refund

The hall to the rooms in the third floor was very dirty, full of cigaret smell, and stuffy. I could not imagine that they let the hall filled with the smell like that. Management is clearly an issue. No one was around. It felt cheap walking up to the room. Clearly they did not take good care of the facility although the building is not old. The receptionists looked tired and bored. I’m not going back to this place.

Prison would have been better

When i arrived at "quality inn and Suites " i went up to my room, which was supposed to be a non smoking room. From the second i got off the elevator, the entire hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The room smelled so much off smoke that it was burning my eyes. When i complained to the front desk about it, they explained there were no available rooms and that i needed to deal with it. They did try to spray the room with some sort of air freshener, but that did nothing. The next morning i complained again and asked for a new room, as well as a discount. I was told they dont give discounts, and if i didnt like it i could leave. I was also told it was my fault, because i was the one who booked this hotel so the blame for the crappy service was on me, not them. I have never had such unwelcoming service in my life. These types of people should be in the prison industry, and not the hospitality industry. Although, maybe prison would have had better accommodations. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Our stay was pleasant but the air conditioner in the sitting area of our suite was not working and there was no hot water in the morning. It was "restarted" and we did get hot water about a half hour later. Good thing we weren't in a hurry.
