  • Large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Craftsman style home on a peaceful Lake Hartwell lot minutes from downtown Hartwell with a covered dock on the property and one minute from local boat ramp. Home offers plenty of room for entertaining with well-equipped kitchen (Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, and can opener) open to the living area, large downstairs rear patio perfect for grilling (with grill and outdoor bar set), screened-in porch, and finished basement (with wet bar and large screen Smart TV). Master on main floor contains a queen, upstairs bedrooms contain a king and a kids room with two sets of bunk beds, and basement also has a separate queen bedroom and bath. Backyard leads to property's private covered dock with spacious views of the lake.

Comfortable beds and accurate listing! We didn’t have a chance to use the lake or kitchen much because we were attending wedding events but well-equipped! Our only suggestion is to provide trash bags, as we have never been to a rental without them, and we missed this in the instructions! Wonderful hosts and prompt communication. Thank you!

Good location and fun place on the lake

We enjoyed our stay here and were thankful for the quick communication with the owners. Plenty of room for All of us to spread out and enjoy the spaces.

We loved our stay at the Goff Lakehouse! Great hosts who are friendly and quick to respond. The location is perfect! Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Very clean.

Wonderful Stay

This property was perfect for our family! Everything we needed in the kitchen and just the amount of beds and bathrooms! Loved the use of the kayaks and the dock on the property! The host was quick to respond and easy to contact with.

August Lake Time

This place was great! The Goff's were always attentive with any and all details. Five hundred and fifty mile one way drive was worth it. Very comfortable home! A good time was had by all! Hope to stay at Paula's Place again!

We had a lovely stay in this nice home on Lake Hartwell. We were very busy so we didn't spend much time there, but the time we did was nice and relaxing. There were so many beautiful and musical birds in the backyard trees! The home was very clean and neat. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the ice machine on the counter was fun to use.The bedrooms could use an extra blanket as the bedspreads are thin. Bathrooms were great.The house is in a perfect location! Nice and quiet on the lake, and the neighbors are not on top of you. It would be great to come back and enjoy in the summer for fishing and kayaking.The only thing I would suggest to consider is a handrail to go up the front steps. They are very deep and can be a struggle for anyone not completely able. We loved it, and loved Hartwell! Thank you for opening your home!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This lake house was perfect for our family vacation. It's on a quiet spot on lake Hartwell and is very close to the downtown area of Hartwell. Everyday was spent at the dock swimming and fishing. The house is very well stocked with kitchen appliances and bedding. The host was very responsive to my messages and gave detailed instructions on everything. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location for family vacation

The property was quiet and beautiful. Our children loved swimming and fishing off the dock. The swing on the dock was my personal favorite! House was wonderfully equipped and was the perfect size for vacation with extended family. The weather was a bit rainy so the screened in porch was perfect for enjoying the outside weather without getting drenched! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Great weekend of downtime

This house allowed several generations of family to come together for a long weekend and really not leave the house. There were gathering spaces on the main floor and lower level, there was plenty of space outside for the littles to roam, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, dishware, and small appliances. Thank you for opening your home!
