Charming Village Cottage

  • The Peach Cottage is one of two Sister Cottages placed side by side.The Peach Cottage is tucked behind the local Post Office in the Village of Hartwick, the true home of Dreams Park. Tastefully renovated with beautiful, simple furnishings and quality linens, The Peach Cottage is a cozy setting only 10 minutes from Dreams Park and the Village of Cooperstown. This 3 bedroom cottage has a Master Bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with an airy, white, metal queen bed and a third bedroom with 2 classic wood, framed twin beds. Large, grassy area out front for children to run around and a hooded porch to sit and sip your morning coffee.

Great place for Dream park Cooperstown

Family of 5 had a great stay. Place was clean and overall very nice. Would stay again. Very easy to get back and forth to the baseball fields. Much more updated compared to other options.

Charming cottage ideally located near Dreams Park in Cooperstown.

This cottage is perfect if you're looking for a place close to Dreams park. It’s very clean and has a cozy, small-town charm. There’s a great mom-and-pop restaurant just across the parking lot, and a gift shop opening soon just steps from the front door. Only 10–15 minutes from the park. If we ever return, I’d definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our trip to watch our son play baseball in Cooperstown! Antonietta was quick to respond to our questions and even provided us with some chairs and a cooler to take to the ball field with us. We would definitely recommend the stay in Hartwick!

Baseball Vacation

This property was perfect for our family traveling to Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is super clean, updated, tucked off the main road and has the cutest porch for morning coffee. It’s equipped with the essentials and a 12-15 min drive to groceries and Dreams Park. Host was available and answered quick when we had questions.

Adorable Stay

This cottage was so beautifully decorated. It felt like home. Truly upgrades in bedding, towels, fixtures… it did not feel like an outside stay. Sarah, the property manager was so attentive and responsive as was the Host.

Beautiful rental with all the comforts of home!

We stayed for almost a week while in town for our son’s baseball tournament. The house is new, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We felt extremely comfortable here and would highly recommend this rental or another by the same owner. Thank you!

Adorable peach cottage

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I while my son played at Cooperstown. Everything was new, and the cottage was adorable- exactly like the pictures. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Easy 10-12 minute drive over to Dreams Park.

Well-Appointed Country Cottage

We enjoyed staying at this newly renovated Hartwick / Cooperstown cottage. The light-filled cottage is well-appointed with a comfortable interior, accented with antique and farmhouse detailing reminiscent of traditional New England homes. I point this out because in my search for rentals in the area, many seemed dimly lit with outdated interiors and amenities. The hostess, Antonietta, was thoughtful and prompt in all of her correspondence about the cottage and any questions we had. It was a lovely experience to stay there!

Great Cooperstown Spot!!

My son was playing in the 12U Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament and I needed a place for me and my parents to stay that would let us get to him quickly and yet have a spot that was more than just a hotel room. I found this widnefuk small home and it was just about the best VRBO I’ve ever booked! The property was clean and beautiful and the check-in process was simple. Each of the three rooms had a beautiful comfortable bed and the kitchen had great appliances and plenty of working space including a beautiful wood center island/countertop that really made the whole space feel warm and welcoming. If you have a child going t the Cooperstown tournaments and want a spot within 15 minutes that feels like home… this is the place to book!

Super cute and very clean

Very nice property. Convenient to Dreams Park in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was great and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The beds are very firm, which isn’t my preference, but I’ll admit to waking without a backache for a change, so maybe she’s on to something there. There wasn’t much provided beyond the basics of towels, dishes, and toilet paper so we did have to make a grocery run for coffee, filters, and paper towels. We left the unused filters there, so the next guest should be set. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it for those in town for baseball.
