Perfect Get Away

The property was lovely! The home was spotless and well cared for. It made you feel totally comfortable and relaxed with a beach vibe throughout! Grace is the perfect host! My grandchildren did not want to leave and requested we return soon. We all can’t wait to go back and create more wonderful memories

Beautiful home

Although we had issues with VRBO errors and connections, the host of this home was very responsive and the thoughtful touches and amenities of this home are outstanding. Very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Walked to the beach and town every day. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home Grace!

Five star hotel rating

We have rented many properties, and Grace’s Harwich Port home was bar none the most beautiful and well appointed home we have ever stayed in. Every detail was accounted for from coffee pods to pet supplies, beach chairs to bath supplies. The home is convenient to both Harwich and Harwich Port. Banks Street beach (beautiful) is one mile away and within walking and biking distance. Grace was an incredible host and always answered questions within minutes. Highly recommend this rental.

AWESOME!!!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home! Grace has thought of everything! Every little detail! We brought my small doggy & immediately felt at home. The location was perfect for us. Check in was easy & our communication with the owner super quick & easy. The only thing I need to bring for our next visit is a lobster pot! Thank you for being an awesome host! A truly beautiful home and great location

Firstly, I have to say that the host of this property, Alice, was extremely friendly and responsive. The care that she takes to make sure this property is pristine and elegant is one of the best I’ve ever seen. We had such a wonderful stay here. The home, the gardens the access to the beaches in Harwich Port were just perfect. But above all I can only say the best of the best about Alice as a host. Thank you so much.

Summer vaca 2023

We loved staying at the house - everything was clean, and the home was very open, airy and bright. We very much enjoyed the deck out back and walked the trail behind the house a few times also. A great location, close to town/shops and restaurants and close to many great Harwich beaches. Grace was very helpful with timing of check in, etc. and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend and would stay at this property in the future! A beautiful home!

Harwich home

The home is beautiful and clean! The floor plan is great…perfect for entertaining. Backyard is big, beautiful and so private! Location is fantastic. Short walk into town and beach which my kids and grandkids loved to do! Grace was a pleasure to work with and very helpful to any of our questions! Will definitely consider renting the home again!!

Lovely Perfect Spot

We spent the weekend here for a family funeral. The open floor plan, comfortable beds and beautiful kitchen and bathroom made for an excellent stay. It was everything we hoped for. We spent both evenings gathering on the comfortable deck and lingering at the large dining table. I can't say enough about Grace, her quick responses, and her kindness during this difficult time.

Perfect Cape Getaway

This was our first time staying in Harwich Port and it was lovely. The house was spacious and clean. Our host was amazing! She was kind and very hospitable- even giving us personal recommendations. Her home is beautifully furnished and decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would ever need and the decks were a perfect start to the day! We enjoyed the trail behind the house and loved that Main St (full of lovely shops and restaurants) and Bank St Beach were both close enough to walk or bike when we didn’t want to drive. I highly recommend this home and host!

Fantastic Cape Cod home!

Great location/neighborhood and a very comfortable home! Spotlessly clean and well decorated with all the details and comforts of home in place . Outstanding host who was very friendly and responded right away. I look forward to returning next summer and recommend this house and host to anyone looking for a rental that’s pet and child friendly! Our dogs and 5 year old daughter loved it!

Cute and Clean Cape House!

Freshly renovated and decorated, this was a cute and clean house which worked great for our stay. The home was stocked with all the amenities we needed and everything was as expected and as described. Large living room and very bright home with lots of natural light. The location is on a quiet cul de sac very close to downtown Harwichport which has a number of great restaurants and bars, and hosts free weekly concerts in the summer as well as art festivals in Brooks Park. There are numerous beach options a short drive or bike ride away. The house also backs up to a conservation area with a trail which is great for walking yourself or a dog on leash. Highly recommend!
