“This is a magical place. It is clean and the gas fireplace is wonderful, and the hidden room and the host’s spiritual core were other draws. There isn’t much nearby (we went to a weak Italian restaurant and to a DQ — not a lot to choose from). I’m giving less than 5 stars for this reason and because I was a bit disappointed by the restrictions on the jacuzzi (no bath salts) and kitchen (use the oven instead of the range). Preparations I’d made then went out the window. How could things be...

“Stayed here for a quick night with a few dogs for an event in the area. Property was in a bit of weird location, the GPS was a bit wonky getting there. It seems like a great spot for water activities, but that wasn't on our weekend agenda. However, everything was well maintained, easy to access and the room was clean. Host was kind and accommodating and communicated promptly. No complaints from me or my dogs!”

“The good: Place looks exactly as described, the deck is quite roomy and nice, very relaxing, host was very responsive. First block off the main strip downtown, so it was a very short walk to the hustle and bustle. Single A/C unit was enough to get the 85 degree outside weather down to a nice and cool temp for sleeping. The rooftop area is also cute and quaint. The bad: the trains will run every 2 hours at night and blast their horn each time. This is clarified at the bottom of the rental...

“This VRBO was absolutely adorable! From the moment I walked in, it felt cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. Every little detail made the space feel special, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into creating such a charming place to stay. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. “Host was great! Communication was perfect. The condo is so nicely decorated and was perfect for our stay. Megan had the best little details to add to our stay. Waters in the fridge. Tea, coffee and a few snacks. Every room had little toiletries in case you forgot to pack something! The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants! The game room was an added bonus. Our teenage boys appreciated it ”
