Very convenient to walk around the shopping area staff were very nice and helpful room was okay on the older side refrigerator had no ice and unable to cool down so much air conditioning in the room could be better

Convenient with shops around and there is also laundry shop. Friday, Saturday & Sunday also have night market. Stayed high floor nice city view. Just that first night room has a small cockroach and ants even though we stay at the 31st level.

The location was great. Cleanliness can be improved. Staff can also be more proactive during interactions with customers. Don’t refer me to the tuktuks outside the hotel when I asked about booking transport.

Issue with hot water
I turn on the max for my hot bath, the running water is low which is different from the cold water. And i have to take a longer time to wash up because of it. Moreover, other than the standing shower, there is no alternative for me to use other means to bath for example a separated shower spray is not available

The room is clean. Service is great and location is great, even when it is raining we can shop and eat at the ground floor

Water leak from the shower area to outside after every bath, the whole area was wet at all time and got bad smell within the bath room. Location was excellence, convenient for shopping and eating within walking distance.
