Definitely need to follow owners directions and try to find it before dark as our “Google directions” were not accurate. We stayed 2 nights and used it as a base when visiting Bryce Canyon. After check in, we had to go back to Bryce Canyon to eat. We would've stopped and ate before checking in. But other then that, everything was perfect. The grill, the fire pit, the old stove, and the patio made the stay that much better. Only Negatives: tiny shower and bathroom, and the “hot tub' is just an old bathtub. “This was such a fun place to stay. We needed a place as home base where we could explore Bryce and Zion on a longer road trip. This was a perfect location for both. I wish I had scheduled more time to be in the area as well as had more time to hang out on the property grounds. My kids loved Bill Cassidy’s hideaway and the axe throwing pit.
