Spring Break Getaway

My husband and I had a great spring break getaway!! The condo was just as described in the listing. We loved sitting on the deck, watching the water. The bed was comfortable, the condo was quiet, and we were able to relax and unwind. Being close to restaurants was a plus!!

Great place to stay

Right on the ocean with a great pool. Good size for my husband and I and we enjoyed the deck looking out to the ocean so much! We will definitely consider renting this unit again next time!

Nice room with beautiful views however, the kitchen is small with no cabinet space. So if you’re planning on eating and cooking in a lot, you have to make do finding holes to put things in.

Durant Station Condo Hatteras

We had a fantastic time in Hatteras! Our condo was clean and comfortable! Perfect location and beach! Condo provided all essentials, no issues with WiFi, etc. We will be back, thanks so much!

Dolphins!!

Beautiful beach view and easy access to pristine beach. Even though it was March we were pleasantly surprised to be able to see dolphins swimming/feeding up and down the coast most days all throughout the day! Kitchen is well stocked and accommodations were perfect for our family of 3. Just wish the hot tub could have been open and/or access to the clubhouse to play pool. Recommend bringing or buying a kite (we bought a prism from Kitty hawk kites)

Valentines Getaway

Its was great. Just went when it was cold. So alot of places weren't open. So had to end of doing some cooking. Probably a nice area when its warm.

Beautiful spot, improve management

We came in from Okracoke and it was a chore to have to drive to Avon to get keys. Door has keyless entry. We recommend activating it so future customers can avoid extra drive. Place was great. We were however annoyed by 8am checkout and request for us to wipe fridge, strip beds and sweep. We thought rent would cover those things. Add potholders, dish cloth, extra kitchen towels, and repair screen door.

This was my first house rental on the Outer Banks. Basically I picked this home for several reasons. 1. Oceanfront location and a short walk to the ocean. 2. Hot tub is enclosed on the deck . 3.With a pet (small dog) having the enclosed deck made it more convenient to leave the dog on the deck while away. 4. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed. This rental is conveniently located near the only Food Lion on the island within a few miles.Has keyless entry which is more convenient. 4 star booking. 4 star price.

This was what I expected for the price. The location was perfect, the building was well kept and easy access to beach. The condo itself felt dated. The beds were not comfortable. The water pressure was terrible. A toilet seat needs replacing. There are several fixtures that have corrosion. The dishwasher did a terrible job of cleaning dishes. And the host was very stingy on supplies - and communication skills were disappointing. I tried calling a local office and got an international call center who had no clue what he was talking about in regards to this property. This is my reason for the 4 star. But for the price I paid, it was a value option that kept me safe and gave me somewhere to stay near the attractions I wanted to visit. The elevator was also extremely helpful. Hopefully this helps you make your decision on where to stay.
