We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff!”

“The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. “I can’t say enough good things about this very amazing location. If you want to want to get away from the city bustle and tourist trap of Waikiki, this is your spot. The water is calm enough for children and the snorkeling is fantastic. I personally thought it was better than Hanauma Bay (too many people and not as many fish). We booked this place for the location, and the unit provided basics for what we needed. It was clean, spacious for 2 people, and exactly as advertised. The communication...

“Great location, everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent. The only inconvenience was the building being renovated, which meant the parking lot was 200 meters away. There were no disturbing noises. I recommend it to everyone.”

“We had a great time here. The room was cute, cozy and quiet. Rated cleanliness a little lower because of active construction but otherwise it is well maintained. We loved the direct access to the beach and even saw sea turtles on the beach. The best part was watching the sunrise every morning from our lanai overlooking the beach and ocean. Would highly recommend this if you are looking for a spot away from the larger tourist areas. ”
