The Space:

Coming through the front door, you step directly into the spacious dining room with an impressive inglenook fireplace, the heart of the home. From here, a door leads into the galley kitchen, complete with a range cooker and patio doors to the outside. Another door from the dining room takes you to the utility room, boot room, and downstairs WC, providing practical spaces for guests. There is also one of two of the property's stairwells located off this room.



The dining room also connects to the billiard room, a fabulous space for entertainment. From the billiard room, you can access a secondary stairwell and the cosy living room, which features a log burner and a library, perfect for relaxing evenings.



Upstairs, from the living room/billiard room hallway, you'll find the main bathroom and Bedrooms 1 and 2. going through Bedroom 3 takes you out on to the main landing, which also includes a desk space and connects to the upstairs shower room and Bedroom 4. A staircase from this landing loops back to the dining room, creating a charming, traditional flow throughout the home.



Outside, the main dining area is located in a gravel-enclosed space near the front door, furnished with a table, chairs, hammock, outdoor sofa, fire pit, and BBQ, making it ideal for gatherings and relaxation.



We’re happy to welcome dogs at this property. One dog stays free of charge, and an additional dog can stay for a £35 fee.



Guest Access:

Access to the property is via a well-maintained driveway, shared with neighbours, leading to a gated parking area exclusively for the house and loft. There is also a separate, gated rear entrance if needed. Guests are welcome to explore the shared gardens during their stay. Please note that some areas of the wider grounds have become unsafe and are therefore currently out of bounds.



The adjoining 1 bed loft (sleeps up to 4) can be booked either with or without the main house. If not included in your booking, the loft shares access and parking with the main property, ensuring convenience for all guests.

For amenities and local culture, the town of Haverfordwest is a short drive at 6 miles, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and scenic walks along the River Cleddau. A vehicle is essential for exploring this beautiful rural area and accessing its hidden gems. Other Things to Note:

Please note that the adjoining 1-bed loft (max 4 guests) can be booked alongside the main property. It features a connecting double door, allowing for direct access between the two spaces, making it an ideal option for larger groups or extended families.
