Después de visitar Hoyochi Nikko durante 20 años, decidimos comprar nuestro propio pedazo de paraíso en esta belleza de planta baja frente al mar. Hoyochi Nikko es un pequeño complejo de 18 unidades, por lo que no tiene las grandes aglomeraciones que tienen los complejos de hoteles y grandes. De hecho, muchas veces sentirás que tienes todo el complejo para ti solo.

La unidad ha sido completamente remodelada con nuevos pisos de azulejos, encimeras de cuarzo, una nueva ducha y todos los muebles nuevos.

Se encuentra a 100 pies del Océano Pacífico y es un lugar perfecto para sentarse en su Lanai y admirar la hermosa agua de Hawai y la observación de ballenas.

La unidad también está amueblada con todo lo que necesitará para sus vacaciones.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Having the ocean right outside the patio door was unbeatable…we saw some beautiful sunsets! My husband swam in the ocean right outside the condo several times and had sea turtles swim right by him. The condo itself was very clean as were the property grounds. Everything was very well maintained! We were close to lots of great restaurants, activities and sightseeing! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot and wonderful condo

We love this property. Over the years, we’ve stayed in this complex and 103 was our favorite stay. We’ll definitely stay again. The host was always responsive, helpful and pleasant. The condo is well appointed. Super clean. Very comfy bed and living room furniture. We had everything we needed and then some.

The condo is perfectly stocked, easy to find anything we needed. We cooked in most nights it was awesome. I would love to make my kitchen at home so convenient. Location was exactly what we wanted. We will visit again.

Amazing views

If you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy the Ocean than this is the place for you. Breath taking views of the Ocean from the lanai and from the pool. Condo was quite and clean. Would highly recommend staying at the Hoyochi Nikko.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was very clean, well organized and stocked with everything we needed (towels, beach chairs). The view from the lanai is amazing and only steps to the pool and to the ocean. Very quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to come back.

A Piece Of Paradise

Great Stay

This condo met all of our expectations. It was great for two people with great access to the beach and pool. There was a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with large walk in shower, comfortable king size bed and with more then adequate furniture in the living room area.

Fabulous stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our time in Maui. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Everything was so clean, and the few questions I had were responded to right away. I loved being right by the ocean and able to watch the whales and turtles right from the patio. We will definitely stay here again.
