“We paid premium money over what other similar houses within proximity for the added features of a heated pool & hot tub. We were attending my daughter’s softball tournament, and thought the added features would be a good way to unwind. The house itself was clean. The pool had so much debris, trash, & liner was clearly damaged, there was no heat to the pool at all. I was skeptical about letting my 3 y/o swim.
