The Apartment

The open-plan living area provides a comfortable space to relax, with two double sofa seats and glass sliding doors opening onto the private balcony.

The balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with a cool drink on a summer evening.

The kitchen overlooks the living area and is equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

A separate laundry includes a washing machine, sink and dryer, making the apartment well suited to longer stays.

Bedrooms & Bathroom

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, bedside tables and wardrobe storage.

The second bedroom is ideal for children, with bunk beds and a trundle bed.

The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Pool & BBQ Facilities

Guests have access to the shared facilities within the Providence complex, including the outdoor swimming pool, spa and BBQ area.

The landscaped pool area provides a relaxing place to spend time when you're not exploring the beach and surrounding area.

Please note that the pool and spa are not heated.

Providence is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the main surf beach, local shops, restaurants and Hawks Nest Golf Club.

The complex is also home to Oceanside Restaurant, providing a nearby option for enjoying a meal or relaxing with a drink.

- This apartment is located on the second level and there is no lift.
- This is a self-contained, non-serviced apartment. Guests will need to bring their own food, amenities and toiletries.
- BYO sheets, pillowcases and all towels, or linen can be hired from our office at an additional cost.
- The pool and spa are not heated.
- Strict no parties or functions policy applies.
- Windows are fitted with restrictors and can only be opened approximately 12cm in accordance with NSW strata requirements.
