What a beautiful piece of property! The house was clean, well appointed, lots of space, and the view was gorgeous! Property management was great with communication letting us know when we could check in (in case we were early), if we needed anything during our stay, and a thank you for staying upon check out. We had seven adults on this trip and everyone had space to retreat if they needed some down time. Every person in our family said they would love to stay here again.

The location was so peaceful & very beautiful! The house was mostly clean & very tastefully decorated. It was stocked with most every needed element. It was advertised as a 5 star experience.Definitely a 4. So, how did it miss the mark of true excellence?1) Our first order of business was to sweep off the lakeview patio. This should have been taken care of by housekeeping.2) Lack of true personal courtesy & attentiveness to guest needs was evident. After a 6 hour flight, we requested the kindness of an early check-in of 30 minutes. We waited outside the house, with groceries purchased & housekeeping long gone. Yet, the access code clearly operated on a timer & no personal consideration was granted by management. The text communications with NW Property management was clearly AI generated. When we had a simple problem with the hot tub temperature (an electronic governor had been activated) it required several contacts to NW properties and a day wait for the problem to be remedied. We had a lovely stay. However, NW property management has a great deal to learn about true, thoughtful, courteous & kind hospitality. Until they do, this will continue to be a 4-star experience.

The house was comfortable and the view from the deck was gorgeous. I felt the deck and steps could have used a good sweeping. I swept lots of yard debris off both in order for it not to be dragged in house. This was right after cleaners left. The grill was very dirty and smoked a great deal when we grilled. Tried to clean under grill rack but too hard, stuck food. Sheets on pull out downstairs where dirty,no top for blender. Both were addressed immediately by NW host with clean sheets delivered and new blender. Several of the towels were stained, just put them in washer. Plenty of other towels.

View was better than expected. Needs better chairs for the bedroom deck as the view was awesome. Everything was as advertised. Communication was great. Right by Triple Play. Perfectly situated between Silverwood, Couer D'alene and Spokane with a cool local beach. We had a great week.

There for our son's wedding

Was clean, comfortable and close enough to the wedding venue. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the lake as it was still quite cool and rained on most of the days we were there. Unavoidable!!!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay even with a few small issues... The home could have been cleaner. Under kitchen island, beds and couch were not vacuumed. Walls in downstairs bathroom need cleaned or painted. Would help to have how to run all air conditioners. The ductless units were obvious, but we didn't realize there was a heat pump also. Found it day 3 in our stay and it was set to heat, by that time the upstairs was too much to cool. We had 8 adults family members in our group. Plenty of room to sleep comfortably but "hanging out' space was limited, there isn't enough space in the living area to all sit together or even play a family game. The feather couch was not comfortable and got feathers everywhere which are hard to clean up w/ just the broom. Normally would be fine, but with the extreme heat (over 100 2 of the 5 fays) and smoke, we were indoors more. Everything was stocked just as described and covered all our needs. Plenty of fridge space for our groceries for 5 days. As other have said be prepared for the steps up to the house! Was fine for all of us :) We can use the exercise but be prepared! Would love to give 5 star but w/ the cleanliness and lack of area to comfortably spend family time together I just can't.

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely time staying in this 3 story property on Hayden Lake. We were looking for a place designed to sleep couples. So many properties have multiple bunk beds or fold out couches, and claim to sleep more people than is really reasonable. This home has 2 king and 2 queen beds, and 3 full bathrooms. Our group had plenty of room and slept comfortably. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, although a few more coffee cups would be nice (more than 5). We especially enjoyed the hot tub. The shared tv is downstairs, on the same level as the largest bedroom/ bath combo. There's not a lot of seating down there, but we made do. Also, there's no door between the downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and the door to the bedroom has a direct line of sight into the glass walled shower. Something to be aware of when deciding who sleeps in which area. Overall, a very lovely home that we highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great house to stay in at Hayden Lake!

What a wonderful place to stay with a family! We had such a great time staying here. There are peek a boo views of Hayden Lake from the deck. The house is very clean and updated with modern decor. NW hosting is absolutely wonderful to work with as they are prompt in communicating with during our stay if we needed anything. Will definitely be coming back to stay here again on our next vacation!

Private Retreat Setting

The house is very comfortable and so nice to have private bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. However, stairs can be overwhelming for seniors getting groceries and luggage inside. I thought no tv in living room was nice to encourage conversation.
