A terrific spot for a large group! It's hard to find a spot with this many bedrooms with queen/king mattresses, a pet-friendly policy, at least one ground floor bedroom for the old folks, and such a big conversation space. The perfect bullseye!

This a such a great place - we had 7 adults and there was plenty of room to sit around the great round kitchen table to eat, play games and chat. Having 4 bathrooms is super nice too. We all loved the layout of the house and we're already talking about coming back next year. The fall colors are stunning and the view of the countryside is beautiful! It would be nice to have extra seating in the large living area but other than that - it was GREAT!!

Very nice home and large enough for a group of 11 family members. Very close to Silverwoid. Smooth and easy check in and check out process. The house was spacious and beautiful. Wish they had more then 1 Tv like maybe some in the bedrooms but not a deal breaker. Great communication with the owners. Fast and friendly responses. Would stay here again and they get a 5 star review fron our whole group. A big thank you to the owners!

Property in a quiet area. Big enough for our family reunion. Host was great to work with. I had lots of questions leading up to our stay(LOL). My brother’s dog was having some weird separation anxiety while we were gone for the day and chewed up a rug- the host was great to let us know how to reimburse him for the rug.The utility room was pretty loud for the ones staying in that part of the house(sounds when water was turned on and other noises). Could have used a few more rolls of toilet paper, but we just bought our own.

Our family was so pleased to stay in this very spacious, comfortable, & well-appointed home during our weekend at Silverwood Theme Park. The bedrooms & 4(!) bathrooms easily accommodated all 10 of us, the modern kitchen is nicely arranged with everything that we needed, the A/C works well, it was fun to see the neighboring pastures (the privacy on this land is wonderful as well). The laundry room is outstanding & the TV room is a real bonus. The communication with our host was excellent.

This home was so perfect for our family. The rooms and bathrooms made the stay easy. The room for kids to play outside was helpful also. I appreciated how easy it was to get ahold of the management company. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Quick 2-night Visit

Nice property, plenty of space. Having a bathroom per room sure made start-of-day prep easy and was a key selling point. The location is lovely, and feels more remote than it really is being just a couple miles from the necessities.

Serene Retreat

We stayed at the Dodd Farmhouse over Mother's Day weekend and it was so lovely! The property was incredibly stocked... I now realize previous properties we've stayed at that claimed to be "stocked" were not. This one, was! All the towels we could need, coffee (drip and keurig), filters, plenty of mugs and plates, blankets - every comfort we needed was provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, well designed and comfortable.The Dodd Farmhouse really allowed us to "move in" and felt like it was a home away from home. Having climate control, laundry on site, a grill, and the chef's kitchen were huge bonuses.The house was modern and decorated nicely and the property itself was beautiful! The horses and cows nearby was a pleasant change of pace from the suburbs. The only thing I wish we could have done was walk to Hayden Lake from the property - but a quick text to/from the host clarified that there was a trailhead just a 5 minute drive from the property. We had so much fun at the house though and playing in the yard that we forgot to go on the hike!The host support was very responsive and helped us quickly.We would definitely stay again - thank you so much!

Thanksgiving at Dodd Farm

We had 14 family members gather at this centralized location over Thanksgiving weekend. The property was great due to the sleeping quarters and numerous bathrooms. We had all ages too—everything from 8 months to 83 years old! The area near Hayden Lake was quite beautiful and very calm and serene. It was close to shopping and attractions as well, so whether we were relaxing or on the go, this was a great home base. Thanks for sharing this lovely home.

Great place!

This property was just as described. Beautiful location. The house is beautiful and very cozy. Perfect for bigger groups. The host is extremely nice and responsive. The one thing I would say is the beds are not very comfortable. Most of them are hard as rock lol. Maybe get some pillow top mattresses in there? Other than that I will be planning on staying here again!

Gorgeous country farmhouse

This home can accommodate any size family. The kitchen is large and spacious it had everything needed even coffee pods, coffee and tea. Host provided a few snacks. The beds were comfortable and the 4 baths made it so nice not having to share. Toiletries were provided. It’s a new remodel the only issues we had were water laminate floor in the kitchen had lifted so we just notified owners no big deal. One of the baths was overlooked by the cleaners. It is about a 10 min drive to nearest stores but is really worth the time being out in the country with horses and beautiful sunsets. Check in and check out was a breeze. Quick response by owners. Would stay again.

1-One of the twin beds broke when one of the kids who is a bit overweight went to bed 2-Could not use the showers upstairs cause there will be no water if someone was showering downstairs of using the washer 3-Lots of bugs, we actually could not use a room upstairs cause the room was full of bugs all the walls it was awful 4-The Kureg coffee maker did not work Other then all that the house is in a great location and beautiful. Rapid response to messages was lacking. I should get some kind of refund for this stay.
