“Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. Beautiful sussex countryside.”

“Fabulous property, amazing hosts and well stocked for home cooking away from home. We had a wonderful time with the children walking to the beach and playground everyday. Great food in Littlehampton and plenty to keep us busy. Thank you for such a cosy cottage with an excellent hot shower and comfortable beds. More than happy to return here again .”

Communication with the host Claire was excellent and clear and she was very attentive to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a really relaxing stay here recharging my batteries after Xmas!”

“We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea.”

“Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!”

“This is a well equipped cottage which is in a rural position on the edge of the town, accessed by a short but unlit lane. It is a 15 minute walk into the High Street and there are plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep.”

“A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. “Das Ferienhaus steht mitten im Farmgelände, so dass man ein bisschen ins Farmleben integriert ist. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich mit schönem Außenbereich, der Besitzer und Familienmitglieder sehr nett. Die Farm liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Wadhurst, es ist sehr ruhig.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandson loved playing in the garden. It was a really safe enclosure with lots for him to do ( especially the trampoline) The house was within walking distance to East Preston beach which is a lovely little pebble beach that was never busy. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance in the village ( shops, cafes etc) The house is really nice and well equipped. “We spent two nights in the Little Cottage in Seaford, which is ideally located for the cliff top walks leading to Cuckmere Haven and the Seven Sisters’ trail. Whilst the details state it’s a studio, it could be made clearer that the only bed is a sofa bed, as we’ve stayed in VRBO studios before that do have a separate bed. There is also no parking available at the property and the closest on street parking is restricted to one hour, although there are roads with unlimited parking within a five...

“Such a nice quiet place”

“We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. ”
