“Loved our stay here! Cosy cabin, was clean with only slight signs of wear. Lovely open remote space to sit out in the morning, onsite restaurant and bar was lovely with quirky decorations. 100% will be our go to when travelling from now on!”

“Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again. But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us) Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

“Breakfast menu very good, evening meals menu average but well cooked. I struggled with steps outside could have done with a slope, also no lift again struggled with stairs. Staff professional and pleasant, rooms good. ”

“Es un hotel para el centro de exhibiciones y viven de ello, tener que pagar por el parking es una vergüenza, la excusa es el manejo del parking es de una empresa ajena al hotel. NO ME LO CREO, ES FACIL FORMAR OTRA EMPRESA PERO ESTOY SEGURO QUE PERTENECE AL HOTEL, y así se excusan. Una extorsión por el parking!!! No volveré nunca mas!! ”

“Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.”

“Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. ”

“3rd time of staying here, 2nd time I couldn’t have a warm shower in the morning. Rooms do need updating, however very clean. Staff friendly on the whole, however uninterested when I complained about the shower. Food was great in the bar, good atmosphere, and recently refurbished. ”

“Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished”
