Payment and Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our small business, the following cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings at Triur Shores.

Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable, and the full deposit amount will be charged.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the reservation, with no refund.

Early Departures

Guests who choose to depart before their scheduled check-out date are not eligible for a refund for unused nights.

Reservation Changes

Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Any applicable rate differences will apply. Approved date changes do not alter the original cancellation policy associated with the booking.

Triur Shores reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances and where reasonably necessary, to modify or cancel a reservation.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of severe weather, government travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond a guest's control, Triur Shores may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future stay. Any such accommodation is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Fees

All cancelations are subject to a 3% processing fee as well as a $25 administration fee.
