“Our stay was great. The only disappointment was the shower. It wasn't very powerful and the temperature was unreliable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good so it wasn't necessary to order additional cooked items. ”

“We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good. The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. My husband had to go and ask for another room (on his own) as the double was bearly wide enough for both of us, let alone long enough. … so if you are over 5’8 you will struggle. “Stayed for Crufts, 4th/6th March. Returned first day from Arena at 3.45 pm and room had not been serviced. Tried to phone Reception to find out phone did not work! Had to go to Reception, told fresh towels would be sent within minutes. ONE HOUR later, returned to Reception to ask for Duty Manager. Young man seemed blinkered as to the problem. Deputy Housekeeper on the ball and very apologetic.”
