Great house for summer stay by the lake

House was very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds. Kids loved the jungle room over garage- unique and creative decor. Host’s response when we had an issue was stellar. Only one con for the house- upkeep on exterior equipment i.e., pool liner, playground.

family of 12 had a wonderful time! Cleanest place we have ever stayed. Sara has the place stocked with just about anything you could need on vacation. Pool supplies, towels, floats, beach-balls. Nice sized yard for the kids to play.Kitchen had everything needed to make great meals and storage containers for left overs. location is private, yet close to town. Communication with Sara was excellent. Thank you Sara for a great experience.

Beautiful home

we absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. The jungle Safari room was absolutely fantastic. A real must see the pictures. Do not do it justice. Our kids enjoyed hanging out at the pool. The coffee snack bar was a wonderful surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and wonderful location

The house was amazing and our family was able to get together comfortably and really enjoy time together. The property is beautiful and there are so many little details that show the property owner really cares about creating a great rental experience.

Great family gathering

We loved this home! Very nicely decorated and nicely stocked with lots of thoughtful items. Jungle room was awesome. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed bringing our fur babies along. Kitchen was a bit cramped because we tend to gather in the kitchen frequently. Would like to have better lake access. Overall we enjoyed this home.

Before school getaway

The area is beautiful. The house was spacious, extremely clean and incredibly well stocked. Each room was decorated with a lake/vacation theme giving the house a fun and sunny feel. The children’s room was perfectly designed with a jungle adventure theme the kids loved. Then you step outside. The pool kept us all entertained for our entire stay and the landscaping in the back of this home had an area for everyone. Fun and relaxing for everyone, we will definitely be back. PS: Our host Sara was the best!

Perfect family vacation home!

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and extremely well stocked. The pool area was great, with lots of chairs, tables and pool toys. We all had a great time. The yard was completely fenced, so the dogs were able to run around off leash. It was a short, pleasant walk through the back of the property to get to the lake. The kids LOVED the "jungle room." This was our family's favorite rental property and we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! The pool was amazing, and we had everything we needed. The landscaping/decor in the backyard felt like we had a resort all to ourselves! Angie’s hideaway is a must eat restaurant in Heber Springs! Highly recommend this property!!

Father’s Day Fly Fishing Trip

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! The house is beautiful and spacious with too many thoughtful touches to list. Our grandsons loved the jungle room! All of the bedrooms are cozy and the bathrooms are spa level. The kitchen is great with high end, new appliances and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the snacks and coffee bar! The living area has a huge sectional and comfortable chairs. The separate dining area is gorgeous and seats ten. And then the salt water pool and great backyard! We had so much fun spending time in the pool, the lights at night are beautiful. The guys in our group enjoyed trout fishing on the Little Red every day and we found some fun shops in Heber Springs. The lake is a short walk from the gate at the back of the property. Great restaurants in the area, too. Sara is an exceptional host. We hope to return next year for a longer stay!

Wonderful Heber Springs Oasis

This place has everything you need + more! It far exceeded our expectations and everyone had a great time! We had 13 and there was plenty of room/beds for our large family. The decor was beautiful, the pool area fantastic and the coffee bar was awesome. The appliances were top notch! So glad we stayed here, we all loved it!

Beautiful home

This property is gorgeous. It offers everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Both the pool and the home is exceptionally well taken care of. It was easy to check in. The owner, Sara, made sure everything was okay when we checked in. Told us to call if we needed anything and she responded right away. She was the best. Definitely coming back.

This property exceeded every expectation! Current photos don’t do it justice. The location is ideal! Close to the Heber shopping & business district. Close to Sandy Beach, Eden Isle & Heber Springs Marina. Add the cleared and level path to the lake, behind the house - wow! The owners attention to detail are too many to count: from the best stocked kitchen we’ve stayed, by way of appliances, cookware, utensils, dish & glass ware, to the mini-bar area, coffee & tea station supremely stocked, updated colors & finishes in kitchen, bathrooms, etc. to the resort like touches around the pool, and then add in the expansive front & backyards with potted plants, beautiful crepe myrtles! Simply perfection! The real above & beyond tagline, goes to the owner/manager and her communication, responsiveness and simply a clear, authentic desire to ensure her quests want for nothing and have an incredible experience in her home. Come relax and recharge in the beautiful home.

This house perfectly accommodated 9 women in their own beds while on our annual motorcycle Ride & Retreat. The home was so inviting. Everyone commented on the owner's thoughtful design aesthetics... the furniture choices, pillows, throws, painting and signs. Also, this home had complimentary coffee bar with snacks. The well appointed kitchen had all the necessities: spices, plates, utensils, storage containers, cutting boards, air fryer and grill accessories for the large gas grill on the deck. Each bedroom was perfectly decorated creating a calming and inviting vibe. The salt water pool was an oasis of fun. Plenty of pool towels, floats and chairs to lounge in. They have added a nautical theme not shown in pictures. We loved the painted flip flops. Our host Sara was prompt in responding to any questions we had. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for a relaxing space to re-charge and create great memories.

Family Lake Trip

We loved staying at this beautiful home as it was exactly as it was described in the listing. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen came equipped with everything you could possibly need. The home owners were attentive, pleasant, and easy to work with. There is plenty to do even when there’s bad weather. We enjoyed our time sitting poolside, grilling out, and fishing in the lake.

Thanksgiving

My mom retired in Heber several years ago. 3 years ago her home burned so she can no longer accommodate the entire family. I have used Vrbo last few years and goes this place was booked. SO GLAD we found it this year!!! Great house!! Great service!!! Will definitely try to book on our next trip there!
