Great Cabin for our Father/Son Fishing Getaway

The cabin & dock were as described, clean, and well-appointed. And the location is great to split time between fishing in the river and the lake. Excellent fishing right off the dock (even when the damn was generating), with a number of rainbow & brown trout caught during our weekend stay.Highly recommend this spot & the management company was extremely responsive. We’ll be back!

Brothers fishing

Caleb from Ivy Vacations made the process of accessing the property an easy one. It was a very enjoyable experience and stay at a nice property. The fishing dock was especially enjoyable.

Very Cozy

Off season on the Little Red and happened to stay during a flooding event in area. Was good to get inside warm and cozy cabin during event. Was traveling with very small dog and cabin had towels for dogs to dry him off. Will stay again soon.

Great cabin on Little Red

This is a great cabin on Little Red. My dad and I stayed here for the weekend to do some trout fishing and golfing. The cabin was great. Extremely clean and ready when we got there. The communication with the owners was superb. They emailed as soon as we booked and lets us know when we would get the codes and sent directions. Everything worked as they said it would. The cabin had everything we needed, and is only about 10 mins from town. The dock on the water is one of the nicest we have been on. We definitely will be returning. After we left, the owners saw that we left items behind and even mailed them back to us. Not much more you could ask for!

More than advertised!

Wonderful cabin, spacious and well stocked, set in a neighborhood but still felt secluded with all the trees and river. Dock was perfect and where we spent most of our time. Fishing was good. Family time was better! Would book it again!

Birthday Fishing Trip

While the inside was clean, the living room and kitchen are very dark. Not enough lighting or counter space as there is not a designated pantry cabinet. The can opener is broken. We had to sweep the porch before we could use it and cover patio furniture in towels as it was too dirty to sit on. Can’t see water very well from back porch as the trees and brush are covering the view. The dock was great though. Caught some fish from there.

Great cabin and dock in great location

Cabin was very nice and nicely furnished in terms of day-to-day items. Great location on the Little Red River with a nice dock for enjoying the river views. Close to Heber Springs for dining and grocery options.

Retirement Celebration

Nice quiet little place to stay. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the dock enjoying the river. We did see an eagle twice which was exciting.

Good weekend

Good weekend on the river The dock is nice with chairs and half roof that allows for casting. Very nice outdoor sitting area beside the cabin with fire pit and fire wood. Inside of cabin was perfect. We had 3 people in our group.
