The log house on the Little Red River did not disappoint! It was spacious and yet warm and welcoming. The screened in porch overlooking the river was a favorite spot for morning coffee/tea and relaxing as the sun went down. The host quickly responded to our questions and was accommodating for a special request. Don't miss this spot that is close to activities yet removed enough for quiet family evenings.

What a wonderfully welcoming, pet friendly property with gorgeous views of the river! Cabin is spacious with very comfortable beds and we loved how it was decorated! A bonus was that it was handicap accessible for my father to visit easily! Loved the deck and screened porch! Appreciated that our pets were welcome as well! Property has a dock that is great for fishing!! We will be going back!

It was perfect. we can to relax and we did. we had grocery deliveries. we used the grill and the hot tub. we caught rainbow trout. we slept amazingly. I cannot complain about anything.

We loved everything about this property. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. “Thoughtful” was the word that came to mind several times. We have stayed in several rentals throughout the years and this might be the best in terms of cleanliness and how well everything was appointed. Even the pots and pans were not the inexpensive horrible ones seen in a lot of rentals. We used the hot tub every night, fished every day and hope to be back very soon!!

The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. (it was very cold while we were there) We didn’t use the hot tub but stayed here expecting we would use it. Such a great amenity. We came to see the Trumpeter Swans and we were in close proximity to where they are located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely return to this VRBO again.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The cottage was stocked with everything we would need for the week- shampoo, soap, detergents, toilet paper, etc. It is the perfect size for a fishing getaway with a great covered dock. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch and the hot tub!

Fun on the River

Enjoyed our stay here with beautiful views of the river and private dock. Well stocked kitchen and spacious house. Great communication with quick replies to our questions. Would definitely stay again - only negatives: AC struggled to keep up at times and house had a slight mildew smell.
