Our stay at the cabin was wonderful! The host/hostess thought of everything. Communication was very clear, the cabin was very welcoming and clean. We would certainly recommend staying here and hope to come back again soon!

Everything about this cabin was absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for more amazing hosts. This was truly one of the greatest vacations my wife and I have ever taken, all because of this amazing home. The hot tub was incredible, the game room was fantastic as we literally spent an entire evening playing pool. The cabinets were fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. As a couple who loves to golf, the idea of staying close to a golf course was what originally drew us to this location. Our expectations were blown out of the water. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. 5 stars all around.

Outstanding! Beautiful, well-stocked cabin in The Woods resort. Enjoyed four relaxing nights, soaking in the hot tub under the stars, playing pool and ping pong, and dozing by the fire. Hope to return.

The cabin was clean and cozy. private yet not out in the middle of nowhere. A perfect relaxing retreat. The kitchen was well stocked and the cookware was really nice. The extra amenities available swimming pool, golf and sports complex were a plus even though we didn't get a chance to use them, hopefully next time because we would definitely return.

Great weekend away

Our family loved this cabin. Lots of games and entertainment for the kids, nice quality kitchen items for cooking, plenty of relaxing options on the back deck and it was very well kept and clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cabin retreat!

We had a lovely time staying at the cabin. It was extremely well stocked for cooking, had lots of space to relax, and we loved all the games. Hot tub was wonderful and the view of the snow falling out the huge windows was so peaceful.

Brought my wife, son and dog to stay for a few days. We all had a wonderful time. The place is clean as a whistle, and decorated for fall. Plenty of small touches that made it feel very inviting. I of course lived the hot tub

Nice place to unwind and relax...

If you want to unplug, relax, and enjoy nature, this cabin is a great start. We saw deer and birds in the woods that surround it and the deck was a favorite spot for viewing. It's also within 20-30 minutes, one way, of things to do (antiquing, fishing, kayaking), grocery stores, and all you need plus! The owners are quick to respond and provided plenty of information prior to our arrival. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

A wonderful vacation!

We rented this beautiful house for my daughter's graduation/birthday celebration. I highly recommend this home! It was a wonderful vacation. From the start, it was a great experience. The owners are very responsive, answering our text messages almost instantly. The home is very cozy. Everyone said they slept well in their comfortable beds. The older teens loved the pool table and TV set up in the game room. They took advantage of the vending machine for late night snacks, too. We all enjoyed the deck, hot tub, fire pit, and corn hole game. Most of our spare time was spent on the deck watching the various wildlife while enjoying the fire table at night or eating our meals. The kids loved the pools, but we did not realize the 6 passes are one-time use, so plan accordingly. We did explore Capacon State Park and used their beach area which was a nice adventure. We wanted to take advantage of the foot golf offered at the resort (soccer style golf) but we ran out of time. The trails around the resort are fun - we loved Devil's Nose the best. The one thing that stood out the most for us is all the amenities! Everything we could have wanted was provided for us - towels, sheets, soaps, spices, COFFEE, dish soap, trash bags, paper products, a bag of ice in the freezer, and a nice welcome gift bag. The only thing we had to use of our own was storage bags! Book this place for a great retreat! You won't regret it.

Great location

We enjoy staying here. The deck is great for any meal. The hot tub is easy to access. The overall maintenance of the property is great. The full kitchen is wonderful. It makes cooking a meal a breeze. We enjoyed the acorns falling from the trees. That made for some funny moments. Overall, just a really nice place to get away.

cabin was great and hot tub was great. did not spend a lot of time there. pool table was not a full sized pool table, more like for kids. but everything was good.

Great place!

This was a beautiful cabin that was fully stocked and with some great amenities! We stayed with our 5 kids ages 9-16 and it was perfect. The pool table, hot tub and corn hole were a big hit! We had a few questions and the owners responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The pool and sports complex at the resort was a lot of fun too. We visited Cacapon state park and went horseback riding and did a few hikes, it is a beautiful area to explore. This was one of the cleanest and best stocked places we have ever stayed and we highly recommend it!
