Overall a great place to stay. Very clean, close to everything you can walk everywhere. Only complaint is - if you have someone renting upstairs pray they are quiet, you can hear everything up there. All we heard was stomping and running and moving furniture, it's very loud like there's no insulation, and pretty sure the unit upstairs is hardwoods. Bring ear plugs.

Nice well appointed condo in a very nice area. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative, and it was minor, was a slight musty smell whenever we entered the property after being outside for awhile.

The location was great. Condo very clean and had everything we needed. Fuse blew in the kitchen and it was fixed same day. Very attentive hosts.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this cabin. We discovered that the air conditioner was not working, which made the cabin extremely uncomfortable, especially during the warmer temperatures. We immediately contacted the property owner to report the issue. Unfortunately, we were informed that there was no way to repair or resolve the problem before our scheduled checkout date. While the owner offered a $50 credit, there was little effort made to find a reasonable solution or provide alternative accommodations. Checking out early was not a realistic option for us because we had nowhere else to stay on such short notice. As a result, we were forced to endure the uncomfortable conditions for the remainder of our stay. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but customer service and responsiveness matter. We expected more concern and assistance from the property owner when faced with such a significant issue. Based on this experience, we would be hesitant to stay here again.

The stay was an awesome stay! Everything was very clean, nice, and very comfortable! The communication was excellent and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again for my next time in Helen.

The place was cute, cozy, comfortable, clean and located in the heart of Helen. The response to questions were very timely and checking in and out was seamless. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Cute Town / Great Location

We had a great time and the accommodations were perfect for us. Location is close but not too close to the main hub of the town. Definitely walkable town if you enjoy and/or a 3 minute ride. Will be coming back!
