“Comfortable and very well located, but the facilities need a lift up.”

“Check in was super quick. The room was very clean. Love that they had a coffee bar with a dedicated sink in the room. Refrigerator and microwave hidden in the dresser. Slept great which is unusual for me In a hotel. It was super quiet. Things that didn’t affect my rating but might bother someone: our second floor room looked onto a rock roof. It is located in a historic downtown walking mall area so having a view would have been amazing and the shower fixture flanges had come off the shower...

“Drain in shower barely drained. Room service didn’t refill toilet paper. Beds were lumpy and sheets were sub par. I won’t stay there again. Tv had limited channels. Hotel is in bad need of remodeling and upgrades.”

“The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable with fresh soft bedding. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The temperature of each was perfect. The king room was large and had plenty of space for the roll away bed that we requested. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only wish that breakfast was included”
