“The room was good but the bed was hard. The staff was helpful. The whole reason why I booked my stay here was because it said the pool was open. Was expecting to be able to jump in the pool and hot tub but the pool was completely drained. The hot tub was warm but the jets seemed like they was only there to move the water around. If you are going to stay here for the pool call to see if the pool is actually open”

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”

“The shower had hair from previous guests. No hair drier as listed on website was available. No couches were in the “suite” as pictured. Only 2 beds-no closet or dresser. Washing machine ran at all hours of the day/night and vibrated so much woke us up at 230 AM. Staff smoked right outside the entrance even though a sign said must be 25 feet away to smoke. Would not recommend even in an emergency. ”

“Our beds were clean, towels and bathroom clean. Some deferred maintenance, surfaces could have been wiped down lobby was strange.”
