Nice hotel, very well located.
Very well located and connected with other interesting areas. In a walking distance of places as the cathedral or the port. Breakfast was very good and vary. There are some different restaurants also around the area. Reception service was very efficient and attentive and rooms was confortable and with all the convinients. The only dissapointing point was that on the site was not clear for using the gym you have to pay and additional amount, because, despite is connected from the 7 th floor makes part of the neighbor hotel (Kaamps). 10 euros per use. Very well prepared but it would important to explain enough clearly this point in order to avoid any misundertanding, bearing into account when you take the decision.

Not that clean, terrible curtains.
First we have to say that the cleaningness wasn't so good. We found several dirty parts and while they weren't that critical we didn't mention them and we cleaned it ourselves. The worst part in my opinion was the curtains. Somehow they are badly designed so there are always spots that are open. I like to sleep in total darkness so not good at all. When showering there was this sense of lack of privacy.

A great place to stay!
Friendly staff. Centrally located. Great breakfast in the morning with friendly waiters, especially Veronica. Awesome!

Great experience, staff was super helpful upon check in, got a very nice upgrade without asking. Location can't be beat if you're familiar with Helsinki. One slight downside is that there is a fee if you would like to use the sauna.

FANTASTIC location, next to tram stops that can take you anywhere in Helsinki. Also, walking distance from every single attraction in Helsinki. Staff is absolutely beyond amazing. 10/10

Very good location between the main station, the old harbour and parliament buildings. Great for sightseeing, shopping, eating out. Disappointing hotel experience with several failed help attempts, cold room with no heating working for the first 1 1/2 days, then mostly only blow heater with very dry air, broken shower knob with questionable greasy thing on it! Also, old blood stains on the mattresses. I will not be using this hotel again, sad to say. All documented on photos.

Siisti hotelli, hyvällä aamupalalla
Hotelli oli siisti ja aamupala oli erinomainen. Ainoa pieni moite on se, että huoneen ilmanvaihdon säädin ei toiminut. Olisin yöksi säätänyt puhallusta pienemmälle, mutta säätimen säädöillä ei ollut tähän mitään vaikutusta.
