  • Welcome to this luxury multi-level, completely furnished, waterfront home. Built in 2007, this home is located near Mill Creek on the south side of Toledo Bend. It features a unique floor plan that can accommodate multiple families. With 2 complete kitchens, 2 large living areas, 2 interior fireplaces, 1 outdoor fireplace, 3 ½ baths, and 5 bedrooms, it will sleep 12 comfortably. The main level is also wheelchair accessible.
    For those who like outdoor entertaining, you will love both tiled patios. The lower one offers seating and a gas grill. The upper patio includes outdoor dining, additional seating, and a fireplace.
    Finally, this property features a 2 stall floating boat house with access to the water. This accommodation makes fishing, as well as other water activities, very enjoyable.
    Private boat ramp is located in neighborhood and can be accessed with complementary pass.

Easy check in, great place and we had an absolute great time for our second year here. Host is responsive to needs and it's just a perfect place for our annual family lake trip. We'll be back for a 3rd time for sure.

House was great. Small things kept from a 5-star rating: lack of shampoo and soap in the showers and quality of towels and lack of bedspreads. Otherwise a great house for a large family or multiple couples. Host was excellent - very responsive and timely with instructions. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful location, very clean and comfortable spacious home. All 12 of us had plenty of options to find our personal quiet space. We enjoyed the lake location for excellent fishing, swimming and kayaking. Each night we sat on balcony for amazing views of the moon. So hoping to return!

The house was extremely beautiful and spacious for 14 people. View was amazing right on the lake. The only thing wished more lights worked at the boat dock.The host was extremely helpful and replied within an hour. We will be booking again!

Memories

Our family had a wonderful time making memories with 4 generations of our family. The fishing was great and the home was very accommodating for our family. This was our third stay at this beautiful home and we will be back.

Nice place to gather for a family

This place met our needs to gather 3 families for our annual Labor Day Weekend. There was plenty of room for 11 people. We especially enjoyed the covered deck and watching the birds.

Friends and fishing

3 couples who all love to fish and relax. Great house with everything we needed. Dock was fantastic and the boat ramp was right around the corner. Caught fish and caught up with friends.

Second time staying here

Just like last time the place was amazing ( see my review from 2022 for more details ). We liked this place so much the family basically demanded we do it again this year. We spent most of our time at the boathouse swimming and fishing. The family had a blast :)

Great for large group or family!

We had a great time with our family for a long weekend. The rooms were spaced out among 3 floors so each family had space to spread out. The set up was ideal for a large group.

Awesome trip on Toledo Bend

The house was very nice, spacious and comfortable!! The host and neighbors were helpful and friendly!! The boat house with power to recharge on the water was excellent and just what we were looking for. Everyone had a great time. Thank you!

Extremely Satisfied

Property was awesome. Great part of Toledo Bend for any activity. Very convenient shopping. Due to the weather that prevented a lot of outdoor activities, we spent most of our time at the property much of the time indoors. The awesome home made our card playing and sitting round the fire conversations perfect. Also the owners were just so accommodating and absolutely helpful in every way. Highly recommend this property for your next event.

Family Fun

The home was super comfortable for our entire family of 8 and everyone enjoyed fishing from the boats we brought with us and off the dock. The men are bass fishermen so they enjoyed a lot of time out on the boat. They caught many 2-3 pound large mouth bass and a few 6-8 pounders so they were very happy. The women spent some time in the boats but mostly on the dock and floating in the water. It was a great time for all.

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The house was exactly as pictured in the pictures and very spacious for our group of 11. The property was lovely and provided an excellent view on the river. The grandkids enjoyed swimming and fishing off the pier and tubing behind the boat. The best part of the location was that it was situated on a quiet part of the river and there were not many boats, which was very peaceful. The host was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my concerns. Overall a very enjoyable time was had by all of us and my husband and I would like to return and rent the same house in the future,

Great Location on the Lake

We were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate our two grown sons, wives, and two grandchildren. For a large group, this fits the bill perfectly. We loved the layout, the large patios (top and bottom), the view of the lake, the boat slips, and all of the space to move around in. The kitchen fit our needs (we didn't use the one on the bottom floor) and the house had everything we needed. The boat launch is just around the corner. The slope of the driveway was our only challenge. We had a great four days/three nights.

Fabulous

What an awesome place!! Took my children and several grandchildren for the Memorial Day weekend. We were 6 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room. The boat dock was a great spot for all of us. The boys fished and had a great time catching little brim. The girls mostly swam and kayaked. The house was very well kept and had everything we needed in the kitchen. And what a gracious host!! She answered every message very quickly and was a joy to work with. Of course the weather was picture perfect the whole weekend which made outdoor activities even better. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a very nice place for a family gathering.

Amazing stay - unreal fast communication! Book this place

Amazing place - so roomy with 3 levels . It was hard to tell from pics the layout - absolutely perfect though for privacy with 3 levels . Right on the water . Best lot and house in the neighborhood. The communication was unreal . As soon as I sent Jamie a question, she would literally reply within minutes and that’s a rare thing and great thing . Definitely will be back . The neighbors around were so friendly . One even brought us firewood and offered his golf cart to take our elderly mom around the area ! Super friendly !
