“Good size house for all 23 of us, we made good use of all the rooms. Some maintenance needed in the games room, and some of the tv’s didn’t work and light bulbs missing but these were minor issues. Overall for the size of the property everything worked well and communication with the property manager was excellent. “We came here as a weekend away to see James at Lincoln castle and would definitely book again when we next visit Lincoln. Spotlessly clean and it was lovely to use the garden in the sunshine. A pleasant 30 minute walk into the city along the river and Wendy and Jim kept in regular contact in case we had any questions. A lovely little place! Thank you Wendy and Jim .
