“The room was in a great location and accessed by keypad so no key needed. Pre-check-in was done online that everything was easy. The room as well located on the High Street and close to places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable with lovely white crisp in. Plenty of hot drinks and orange juice and porridge provided. The over bath shower was fine but could have been better in terms of power and heat. The plumbing in this room...

“Room was TINY. Smelt of toilets and woken by multiple church bells at 5 am. No staff at breakfast time. Cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money.”

“I had such a relaxing end to my work trip to London and Horsham. Great amenities and a perfect way to end a long trip or just a weekend away. Lovely nature park to meander. ”

“Staff were excellent but there was dust in our room and the bathroom was not very clean. A dirty towel had been left outside the door and the hedge adjacent to our room was overgrown and restricted access. Dinner I'm afraid was not good, I ordered a fillet steak and asked for new potatoes as I was on a low fat diet. When it arrived I had new potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms covered in oil and two burnt onion ring! But my husband said his dessert was delicious. Breakfast was help yourself...

“Fairly new, smart comfortable rooms. Fan provided during hot weather. Tea, coffee, etc. Good sized room and bathroom. Overbath shower but decent shower. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner menu good and food reasonably priced. Only Doombar on draft for bitter but fine. Service friendly, helpful and prompt throughout. Recommended.”
