Escape to the peaceful surroundings of Oakengrove Vineyard and enjoy a unique stay in our charming shepherd`s hut. Nestled amongst the vines, this cosy retreat is perfect for couples looking to unwind and experience the beauty of the countryside. The hut features a comfortable king-size bed, a private bathroom, and everything needed for a relaxing getaway.
During your stay, you are welcome to wander around the vineyard grounds and enjoy the tranquil setting. If you would like to learn more about the vineyard and its wines, tours can be booked in advance through the Oakengrove Vineyard website.
The vineyard is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am until 6:00pm. While the shop is open, guests can purchase a selection of Oakengrove wines, as well as locally produced honey, jams, and other treats. Live music events are held on the last Sunday of every month from 2:00pm to 4:30pm, creating a wonderful atmosphere amongst the vines.
Parking is included with your stay. Please call one hour before your arrival so that we can arrange to meet you with the keys. Wood can be provided for the fire; however, this must be requested and paid for in advance.
Please note that the shepherd`s hut is exclusively for adults and we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
Oakengrove Vineyard is ideally situated for exploring some of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire`s most picturesque locations. The riverside town of Henley-on-Thames is just a short drive away, offering independent shops, restaurants, riverside walks, and the famous River Thames. Guests can also visit Greys Court, a beautiful historic house and gardens, explore the rolling countryside of the Chiltern Hills, or discover the nearby market town of Marlow with its excellent dining and riverside setting.Guests can enjoy scenic walks, cycling routes, charming country pubs, and a variety of local shops and restaurants throughout the surrounding area.
