The Space:

Sleeping up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, The Clubhouse has been thoughtfully designed to cater to couples, families and small groups seeking a memorable escape to Victoria's renowned spa country. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a golf weekend, or simply slowing down with loved ones, this welcoming home provides the ideal setting to relax, reconnect and make lasting memories.



Inside, the home effortlessly combines original character with contemporary comforts. The spacious open-plan living areas are complemented by a striking sunken lounge — a cosy space to gather around the crackling indoor wood fire with a glass of local wine after a day exploring the region. Multiple living and breakout spaces throughout the home allow everyone to spread out, whether you're enjoying quiet conversation, playing board games or simply curling up with a good book.



The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining a pleasure, featuring quality appliances including an induction cooktop, gas oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you'll need to prepare everything from leisurely breakfasts to long family dinners. Gather around the dining table to share local produce before planning the day's adventures through Daylesford and Hepburn. Modern conveniences including Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, air conditioning, EV charger, and ample off-street parking further enhance your experience.



The spacious master suite features a luxurious king bed and private ensuite, while the second king bedroom includes an additional trundle bed for children, making it ideal for families. A third king bedroom can also be split into singles on request, and a beautifully appointed central bathroom completes the accommodation, comfortably hosting up to six guests.
