“This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. “Bathtub was clogged. Bathroom smelled like humidity. I was on the first floor and needed to use the bathroom BAD. I asked the young lady if there was a bathroom on the first floor and she answered “don’t you have a bathroom in your room?” Well of course but can I make it there is the question.
I have been to plenty of Comfort Inn’s but this one was by far the worst. ”
