“Owner really rude and aggressive, knocking on the door at 10.00 asking us to leave. Not 10.10 or 10.01. It seem he was waiting at the door looking at his watch. After I said ok, and even when he could see that my baby was half dressed, he knocked again 30 seconds later. In two months in New Zealand staying at different places I have never experienced such horrible behavior. ”

“Recommend the Junior Suite if you enjoy space. This is a historic hotel so although not like a brand new hotel....is a total classic and a beauty. Staff were so incredible. Very small lifts were a representation of days gone by. A fantastic experience, central and on the main road so a perfect location. Our bathroom was huge, tiled with a spa bath. Plenty of towels. They provide shampoo and body wash in a dispenser in the shower. Piping hot water and huge water pressure. Small fridge with the...

“Wonderful historic building that was once a girl's boarding school. Very quiet location with great walking areas on the property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious chocolates also made on the property. Would highly recommend. ”
