A flat £10 fee will be charged to cover postage, packaging, and handling time for returning lost items.
All arrangements and charges will be handled through Airbnb in accordance with platform policy.
For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply.
Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

Unauthorised pets, smoking, drug use, vaping, or breaches of house rules may result in an additional charge of up to £100 to cover extra cleaning, deodorising, security, and associated costs.

As the apartment is situated on a central road, some level of traffic noise may occasionally be experienced, particularly during busier times.
