With a first floor and loft, the vacation home offers approximately 88 m² of living space. It also features a terrace. In front of the house is a private parking area for two vehicles. The lot size is approximately 450 m².
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living/dining area with a fireplace, the house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a loft with additional seating and a second TV. There are 6 beds for adults—4 on the first floor and 2 on the upper floor. Stored in the house are a high chair and an extra bed with a mattress for a toddler. Large floor-to-ceiling windows make the house feel particularly bright and welcoming. However, all bedrooms can be darkened for privacy, ensuring the best possible rest.
In the living area, equipped with a TV and stereo, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. A staircase leads up to the open loft, where you can relax and let your gaze wander over the Baltic Sea. You’ll feel right at home here.
The house also features a large terrace with patio furniture and a portable grill. Here, too, you can relax and enjoy barbecue evenings together.
Since this is a non-smoking house, smoking is not permitted indoors. A final cleaning is performed after each stay. Laundry packages can be booked in addition. The house is managed, and there are contact persons available.

Süssauer Beach is a long, gently sloping natural beach exempt from tourist tax, located in the “Schönwetterecke” (Fair-Weather Corner) of East Holstein, near the island of Fehmarn. To the north, along the cliffs, you can go swimming or take long walks on the beach. To the south, there is a small promenade.
There you’ll find beach chair rentals, and during the season, several restaurants and shops are open. For larger shopping trips, we recommend driving to Grube or Dahme.
The vacation park is surrounded by beautiful nature. The immediate and wider surroundings offer many worthwhile destinations: the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode, Hansapark in Sierksdorf, and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine center, a donkey park, and the Noah’s Ark Zoo. Timmendorfer Strand near Lübeck, as well as Hamburg and Kiel, are also within easy reach. Denmark is just a stone’s throw away. In addition, Schleswig-Holstein features a well-developed network of bike paths.
