Welcome to this charming 3-room apartment on the mezzanine level! With a generous floor area of 60 square meters, it’s ideal for up to 3 people and a toddler up to 3 years old (in a travel crib). Here you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay during your Usedom vacation. The living room, with its cozy seating area and TV, invites you to relax and unwind. From here, you can step out onto the adjoining loggia, which offers a wonderful view. The kitchenette and dining area are also located here. The apartment features two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A parking space right next to the house is also available for your convenience. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress or bedding) and, for an extra charge, a high chair. To ensure a stress-free start to your vacation, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided for you (initial supply). You can also use our free Wi-Fi network throughout the house.

Tastefully decorated 2- and 3-room apartments accommodate up to 4 people. The building is just a few steps away from the fine-sand beach and the charming promenade. In the basement of the villa, there is a free sauna and a washing machine, which all guests can use for a fee of EUR 4.00 per load. There is a bicycle storage room for bicycles. Each apartment has one parking space available on the property. The Wi-Fi network in the building is free to use.
